Like its predecessor,Blasphemous 2has a large roster of potential side quests for you to take on. Naturally, thanks to the game’s setup as aside-scrolling Metroidvania, the majority of these quests require you to explore the world and find characters, objects, and items that you’ll use to satisfy the quest giver in question.
One such quest has you searching the world for nine sisters, related to a very tall woman wearing a cobijada found in the City of the Blessed Name. Hereafter, we’ll be referring to these women as the Cobijada Sisters, and we’ll show you exactly where you can find them.
All Cobijada Sister Locations
There are nine Cobijada sisters to find throughout the world, and all of them are hidden. To find them, you’ll need toattack the wall they are hiding behind(or otherwise appear inside their locations, thus revealing them). After speaking to the sister in question, she’ll teleport to a room in The City of the Blessed Name, two screens to the right of the teleporter room.
If you listen closely, you’ll hear asoft whispering when you’re near a hidden sister. Of course, you won’t need this tip in practice, as you have a table with every sister location just below!
Description
Sacred Entombments
After beating Radamés, strike the wall in the area to the right.
On the screen to the right of Veredicto, explore a hidden alcove in the top right. Easily reached once you havedouble jump.
Palace of the Embroideries
To reach this Cobijada, you’ll need to first climb to the top of the room and reveal a hidden alcove. Defeat the enemy here and then drop through the floor.
Grilles and Ruin
You’ll find this sister in a hidden alcove to the upper left of this area.
Choir of Thorns
Two screens to the right of the first Prie Dieus in this area, there’s a dark area above the lower-right exit. Jump up to this area to reveal a floating mirror that you may use with Sarmiento & Centella to reach this sister.
Two screens to the right of the previous sister, there’s a ghostly chain at the top of the screen. Once you have the air dash from the hidden area in Crown of Towers past the Basilica of Absent Faces, you can dash through this chain to find the sister.
Mother of Mothers
A hidden alcove in the very top-right of this area holds this Cobijada sister.
Repose of the Silent One
Once you have the double jump and air dash, you can return to the first area of the entire game and reach a new area above the third screen. Here, you’ll find the wall hiding this sister.
The Severed Tower
You can find this sister only aftercompleting the Forgotten Tribute/Procession of Shadows side quest. After the final transportation, you’ll be at the top of the Severed Tower. All the way to the right on this level, you’ll find the sister.
All Cobijada Sister Rewards
While you won’t get any instant rewards for finding the Cobijadas, for every two you find, you may return to their hideout in the City of the Blessed Name and speak to the largest Cobijada. In exchange for some Tears of Atonement, you can acquire significant upgrades.
You’ll be asked to pay tribute -pay the cost, and you’ll get an upgrade.
2 Sisters
1,500 Tears
Allows you toreturn to the City of the Blessed Namefrom any Prie Dieus.
4 Sisters
3,000 Tears
Resting at a Prie Dieus will nowrestore your fervoras well as your health.
Blasphemous 2
WHERE TO PLAY
The Game Kitchen’s sequel to 2019’s Blasphemous takes place exactly after the events of that game’s DLC. The Penitent One has to traverse an entirely new world filled with intimidating monsters that not only pack an incredible punch but are also horrifying. A side-scrolling Metroidvania with Soulslike combat, Blasphemous 2 walks the line between action and horror.
