Cyberpunk 2077’s2.0 update added a ton of content to the game, with a plethora of quests and secrets for intrepid explorers to uncover. One of these additions is the Trauma Drama minigame, a retro sidescroller that packs some tricky gameplay and an amazing reward for skilled players.
Tracking this game down might seem tough at first, but it’s a common sight across Night City’s arcades and bars. Once you’ve got access to a slick set of wheels, you can head down to one of these arcades to get grinding away at a Trauma Drama machine.

Where To Find A Trauma Drama Arcade Machine
The key to playing the new Trauma Drama minigame is hunting down one of the arcade machines added to the world in the Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 update.
These machines are scattered throughout Night City and pop up in locations you’d expect, like the city’s arcades and bars.

One of the easiestTrauma Drama machines to access can be foundin the El Coyote Cojo bar in Heywood.
Getting there is easy, as there’s afast-travel transit spot just outside the bar, leaving you only a short trip away from the game.

Head inside and look for the arcade games along theinner section of the bar to find the newly added Trauma Drama machine sitting next to a Roach Race machine.
Like the rest of the arcade games, you won’t need anything special to start playing; just walk up and interact with the machine. This will load you straight into the Trauma Drama main menu.

Another location with a Trauma Drama arcade machine is Kabuki Market’s Netrunner shop.Getting to this shop is easy; just use the nearby fast travel point to be dropped off just outside of the market.
From here,head to the top floorby either taking the stairs or parkouring your way up, then head inside the Netrunner shop marked by the chip icon. You’ll find Trauma Drama just to theright of the shopkeeper NPC.

Trauma Drama will alsorandomly appear alongside other arcade machines in bars across Night City.
If you come across a bar with Roach Race machines, try waiting an in-game day and checking again, as one of the machines may be replaced with Trauma Drama on your next visit.

What Is The Trauma Drama Minigame
Trauma Drama is a throwback to the old-school sidescrollers of the NES generation, and it can be quite difficult to beat without losing a few lives.
Luckily, you’re afforded infinite continues, making the game more of an endurance test. If you’ve played a sidescrolling shooter like Contra, you’ll be prepared for the difficult challenge ahead.

You’ll want to shoot for a high score to grab all the rewards the game offers, so here are a few tips.
Trauma Drama Rewards
Trauma Drama’s scoreboard is a doozy to top as you’ll need a nearly perfect run, but the rewards are well worth it if you like the Trauma Team’s slick uniform.
Once you top the game’s high score list bybeating the previous score of 443,300, you’ll be contacted by the Trauma Team for the Career Opportunities quest.

Head back to your apartmentto check out the Trauma Team website, and you’ll be prompted tohead out to the Med Center in Watson to pick up your prize.
Use the nearby fast travel point and head left to find twoTrauma Team members standing in front of a small case.
Then,scan your palm print to unlock the Trauma Team uniform and Mini Trauma Team AV, a unique outfit for V, and a special interactive toy you’re able to display in your apartment.
