This week’s challenges range from trivial to extremely difficult. You’ll need to defeat enemies with Heavy weapons, win rounds in the Trials of Osiris, and crush Hive Ghosts in Savathun’s Throne World. Luminary III
Luminary III:Master the Light by defeating combatants with Void, Arc, or Solar damage. Earn bonus progress by affecting combatants with subclass abilities.
This version of the Luminary challenges requires you todefeat 300 enemies with Arc, Solar, or Void damage. This can be through abilities or weapons.Enemies afflicted with subclass debuffs are worth additional progress, specifically:

We recommendfarming Savathun’s Throne World with a Solar buildto get this done quickly. This will progress the Sympathetic Magic Seasonal Challenge and allows you to use an Incandescent weapon for quick progress.
Sympathetic Magic
Sympathetic Magic:Defeat combatants in Savathun’s Spire using damage that matches your active subclass.
While in the Savathun’s Spire activity, defeat 100 enemies with a damage type that matches your subclass. For example, if you’re a Solar subclass, you’ll need to land Solar final blows. Pick your favorite weapon, run a matching subclass, and you should have this challenge complete in a couple of runs.

Bone Breaker
Bone Breaker:Crush Lucent Hive Ghosts anywhere in Savathun’s Throne World. Earn bonus progress during Season of the Witch activities.
The API states that you’ll need to crush 100 Hive Ghoststo finish this challenge, but this seems to be an error judging from the low XP reward. You only need to crush 10 Ghosts. The good news is thatSeason of the Witch activities grant bonus progress, so you can farm Savathun’s Spire or Altars of Summoning to get this done quickly. We recommend Altars of Summoningif you opt to farm seasonal content.

If you want to get this done quickly, we highly recommendfarming the Hive Ghosts on Miasma in Savathun’s Throne World.A couple of them always spawn right outside the entrance to the Vow of the Disciple raid. Kill them, crush their Ghosts, and reload the instance.
Rewards
This challenge is retroactive.
Mod Collector requires you tounlock all 12 perks in theAcolyte’s Staff Artifact. You unlock perks by earning XP throughout the season, Seasonal Challenges serving as your main source of XP. If you haven’t unlocked 12 perks yet, we recommend farming other Seasonal Challenges and vendor bounties. Put on a Blinding Light mod on your Ghost Shell to further increase your XP gains.
Trial By Firing Squad
Trial by Firing Squad:Win multiple rounds in the Trials of Osiris.
This challenge asks that youwin ten rounds of Trials of Osiris. It’s important to note that it requiresroundwins, not game wins. If you’re able to’t get a fireteam together for Trials, your best bet is tostick with your team.Bring your favorite Hand Cannon, Scout Rifle, or Pulse Rifle and teamshot whenever possible. Don’t play aggressively unless you’re confident that you’ll get a kill, and always look at your radar to figure out where the enemy team is.

Heavy Hardware requires a whopping400 final blows with Heavy weapons in Vanguard Ops, Gambit, or Crucible.Thankfully, you can speed this up greatly by using a Machine Gun since it grants double progress.
