You make a movie that rakes in more at the box office than any film to have come before or since, there’s going to be a game or two about it. There have beenAvatargames in the past following the success of the first movie, but none of them really left an indelible mark.Ubisoftis hopeful that the first game to launch since the movie’s sequel, The Way of Water, hit cinemas will be a little different. Launching on June 09, 2025,Frontiers of Pandorawill effectively close out what has been one of the biggest years in video game history, and you can pre-order your copy right now.

On top of the stunning footage already shown off by Ubisoft ahead of its Avatar game’s arrival, another surefire way to tell a studio is pretty confident in a product is by the various editions of that game it offers up. While a game having just one edition doesn’t mean its creators think it’s going to be bad, a title having four, which is how many editions of Frontiers of Pandora you have to choose from, is evidence that the studio believes some people will be willing to pay a lot for its game.

When it comes to Frontiers of Pandora, part of that is naturally a reliance on fans of the Avatar movies wanting to go all-in on the games. Whether you’re a big fan of the movies or you just like the look of the game, you have four editions to choose from, links to which are all below. There are Standard, Gold, Ultimate, and Collector’s Editions, and all of them come with the same pre-order bonus if you commit to buying the game before December 7.

If you trust the game will be as good as the movies, then maybe you’re willing to up the ante a little. If you do, you’ll be rewarded with extras for doing so. As well as coming with the same pre-order bonus as the Standard Edition, the Gold Edition includes the announced Season Pass and a steelbook, the latter being a GameStop exclusive. The Season Pass will include two additional story packs, a bonus quest, and the Resistance Bundle.

For a little more again, you may get even more in-game stuff with your copy of Frontiers of Pandora. The Ultimate Edition includes everything already mentioned plus more cosmetics and a digital artbook.

If you want the ultimate in-game experience with Frontiers of Pandora at launch, well, look no further than its Ultimate Edition. Included with the $129.99 Avatar bundle is everything you’ve already read about above - minus the GameStop exclusive steelbook that comes with the Gold Edition - plus a little bit more. The Ultimate Pack is made up of another character pack and weapon skin, similar to the ones you get as a pre-order bonus, plus an additional cosmetic set for your banshee. You’ll also get a digital artbook which I’m going to confidently assume is filled with some pretty remarkable images.

If you want to go all out and have an Avatar-themed Christmas two and a half weeks before December 25, the Collector’s Edition is the one for you. If you can afford to buy it, the most expensive option includes a lot of exciting Frontiers of Pandora gear.

Occasionally a studio will launch a Collector’s Edition of a game that includes all sorts of physical goodies as well as the digital ones that come with other editions, and Frontiers of Pandora is one of those games. Alongside the statue of the game’s hero, those who pick up the Collector’s Edition will also get a physical art book and a certificate of authenticity along with everything else mentioned above.

The Collector’s Edition also comes with a physical copy of the game. That may seem like an obvious thing to point out, but more and more Collector’s Editions are coming with a code for a digital copy of the game rather than an actual disc as the move from physical to digital continues to take hold.
