You probably missed some secrets and unique cutscenes on your very first playthrough. The game doesn’t have to be over just yet. Below are some fun ideas on what to do in your next run or what other games you can pick up next that may give you the same experience.

9Replay As An Origin Character

You probably played as a custom character on your first go. It makes sense because you get to choose your own class and modify your advantages and disadvantages as you go. With an origin character, you are stuck with what they come with.

Replaying as an origin charactermeans you get to see a different perspective from if you were to just have them as a companion. You learn their story more quickly and more in-depth than if you were just a bystander.

8Replay As The Dark Urge

The Dark Urge is a unique origin character. It is still a custom character, but you have the urge to slaughter any living thing you see. There is a bloodthirsty monster inside you that does not care if you are friends with a companion or not.

Playing as this character is dangerous, you can end up killing companions or crucial characters in the game because of this bloodlust. It will be interesting trying to control your urges or perhaps giving in to them. It may make the game harder or more cynical.

2Replay On The Hardest Difficulty

There are three difficulties in Baldur’s Gate 3. Easy mode pretty much makes combat a breeze. Balanced mode is basically normal mode, but normal mode itself is quite challenging if luck is not in your favor.

Using your Illithid abilities while in dialogue will make your Illithid sing and grow. Consuming parasites allows you toindulge in your Ilithid powers and unlock abilities. Some of your companions will disagree with using its power. You don’t want to overdo it and end up turning into a Mind Flayer faster.

If you haven’t used your Illithid Wisdom and power too much, you should do a playthrough where you crave its power and use it every chance you get. It will make you powerful, but at what cost?
