The Dark Urge is a unique origin character. It is still a custom character, but you have the urge to slaughter any living thing you see. There is a bloodthirsty monster inside you that does not care if you are friends with a companion or not.
Playing as this character is dangerous, you can end up killing companions or crucial characters in the game because of this bloodlust. It will be interesting trying to control your urges or perhaps giving in to them. It may make the game harder or more cynical.
7Play With A Friend

Perhaps you decided to be a good person in your first run in Baldur’s Gate 3, as you should. But whichever way you decided to be, you should replay and be the opposite. Try again as a cynical character. Kill innocents and make bad decisions.

There are three difficulties in Baldur’s Gate 3. Easy mode pretty much makes combat a breeze. Balanced mode is basically normal mode, but normal mode itself is quite challenging if luck is not in your favor.

If you haven’t used your Illithid Wisdom and power too much, you should do a playthrough where you crave its power and use it every chance you get. It will make you powerful, but at what cost?
