There are areas where you will be forced into a close-quarters engagement while just a short walk in the other direction you’ll enter long-range battles. That can also make it frustrating as you try to snipe but constantly get flanked by an enemy with a powerful shotgun.
9Lonovo
Lonovo is the dream map for those of youwho like to run-and-gun. Just beware of it on modes with tanks available. The destructible environment can remove any cover that you attempt to escape to after mowing down a few opponents.
With this map, you’ll find a vast city that has everything from a business district to neighborhoods. In addition, there is a railway system with plenty of train cars for you to move in and out, taking place on the cover of night.
8Namak
Namak is a BattleBit Remastered map inspired by Tokyo, Japan. Pink cherry blossom trees line the streets under the watchful eyes of players in the high-rises.
This is a smaller map where you’ll often engage in close-quarters combat within the city.

It can get hectic as players converge in the center and go to war. You’ll have a hard time finding a squad member that’s not in combat to spawn on.
Thankfully, the home bases aren’t too far from where the action takes place, so you can just run right back to the fight.
7District
District is one of the medium-sized maps in BattleBit Remastered. There are sprawling hills that you’ll need to traverse.
You never know who or what is waiting on the other side. So proceed with caution on this one.
The map itself is constantly raining and there are a few military outposts mixed in with the factories found there. It is the perfect location forteams that like to push togetherand assault objectives as one mighty force.
6Isle
Isle is a dangerous map, but also tons of fun. The snow-covered region is wide open for anyone using the Recon class to take advantage of.
You’ll find a large majority of players opting to be snipers here.
There are several buildings throughout Isle, and it’s quite the journey between each. If you’re looking for cover, don’t.
You might as well fight, because the openness of this map makes it a deathtrap for anyone running across it.
5Basra
Basra consists of several islands, making amphibious combat and transportation a must. The middle of the map is where most players end up and where a lot of the fighting happens.
Some players like to stake out spots around the islands, however, so be cautious. The two main islands offer varying terrain and engagement styles.
There’s a military outpost and an airport that give a refreshing scene compared to the ship in the center. You’ll be right at homeno matter what classyou load in with.
4Wakistan
Diverse terrain is the name of the game on Wakistan. The area is surrounded by elevated cliffs that overlook its valley covered in trees, buildings, and bridges.
These bridges typically have snipers on both ends, but that just makesdodging them as you dipfrom car to car all the more fun.

Smoke grenades are your best friend in Wakistan. You’ll obscure the vision of the snipers and can force fights to your liking.
There will never be an uncontested objective with the chaos that ensues on this map, so get ready for constant fighting.
3Tensa Town
Tensa Town is probably called that because of how intense the action gets. This BattleBit Remastered map is best described as a shooting range.
There’s a slight countryside where you’ll get caught if you’re in the open for too long, but the main action takes place in the suburban areas.
The neighborhood buildings are easy to climb on, making them accessible for anyone wanting to set up an ambush in the streets. You can also simply enter them all andcamp in the windowsto pick off unsuspecting enemies.
Its compact setting delivers nonstop firefights across its landscape.
2Sandy Sunset
Sandy Sunset isa vibrant desert map. It is open, yet somehow compact at the same time. The center of the map is a large town with a variety of buildings for you to enter, use as cover, or destroy.
The outer rim of the map is filled with sprawling sandy dunes and rocky formations that add a bit of diversity to the land. The modes that allow vehicles are the best to play here.
You’re able to forgo the dangerous open areas and safely travel to the city to take part in the true battle.
1Frugis
Frugis might look dull as you load in, but the actual gameplay you’ll experience on it is anything but. The cloudy skies and gray color scheme can leave you feeling hopeless.

This is the most tactical map in the game. The amount of buildings cater to a slower and more careful style.
If you get a little excited and rush forward too quickly, you’ll pay for it. From the above-ground city to the underground subway system, you have plenty of space to contest and fight through.
