Summary
Facing the enemies ofRemnant 2alone can be a difficult task, which is why it’s always recommended to take a friend with you when tearing your way through other-worldly monsters. While heading out as a group will increase your chances of survival massively, it’s also nicely rewarded through the use of Remnant’s team perks.
Remnant’s perks can give you a helping hand when you’re in a tough spot and its team perks are usually to benefit the entire party. Some aren’t as good as others, unfortunately, but all of them can prove useful in dire situations. The hardest part is knowing which one’s best.

Updated on July 12, 2025, by Mohamed El Ouardighi:With the arrival of the new DLC for Remnant 2 comes a new archetype, and the Forgotten Kingdom introduces the Invoker. Consequently, we’ve made sure to include its Team perk in this list update.
13Power Creep
Archon
The Archon team perk is, while useful, tailored to the use of mods. The perk grants the ability that five percent of mod power spent after casting a mod will be regenerated by all allies over ten seconds. After upgrading to level seven, allies will also gain an additional five percent mod power generation while the perk is active.
Power Creep is a good perk for you if youenjoy using mods, as it mainly focuses on increasing mod generation for everyone in the party. The Archon team perk, however, remains one of the weaker choices because of its specific usage, meaning it doesn’t hold up against other mods that boost damage or resistance.

12Terrify
Ritualist
Terrify is the Team perk forthe new Ritualist archetypeintroduced inThe Awakened King. When you defeat an entity, it puts the Terrified effect on all nearby enemies within five meters for 20 seconds. This makes them deal a bit less damage.
Although it might seem tempting, the damage reduction is only five percent, which isn’t a significant amount, especially when facing bosses. However, it can be handy when dealing with a group of enemies, which is often the case as you navigate the worlds of Remnant 2.

11Loophole
Invader
Loophole gives all ally ranged and melee damage a boost by turning five percent of it into lifesteal, as long as the enemy is distracted by an Invader’s decoy. When upgraded, the perk grants seven and a half percent of damage as lifesteal. This perk is useful as lifesteal grants health back to you, meaning it can be handy if your party is looking a little worse for wear.
The only downside to this perk is the boost from its base to the upgraded perk isn’t huge, only granting a two-and-a-half increase. Now, that can be useful, since it’s lifesteal and can help you heal when you need it. Compared to some of the other perks, however, it’s easy to look over.

10Intimidating Presence
Challenger
The Challenger class is powerful alone and practically unstoppable with the right party and perks. The team perk means that after activating a Challenger skill, enemies within ten meters deal ten percent less damage for 15 seconds. At level seven, there is an additional two-and-a-half percent damage reduction for every enemy affected, to a maximum of ten percent.
The perk can grant quite a large amount of damage resistance that can help the team tank some more damage. It can be especially useful if the team is facing large amounts of enemies or a hard-hitting boss.

9Return To Sender
Hunter
Return To Sender is a perk that increases ammo drops by 25 percent for kills from weakspots or critical hits. The perk encourages you and your team to focus on hitting those more precise shots when fighting your enemies, which is always a bonus. Upgrading the perk increases ammo drops by 50 percent and doubles the drop chance.
The upgraded version of this perk is pretty powerful, as long as the team know to hit weakspots and focus on critical hits. Unfortunately, that can also be its downfall. This perk is entirely based on the skills and coordination of the team, so keep your aim steady.

8Metal Detector
Explorer
Explorer is an archetype that encourages you to seek out loot and gives you a nice boost when doing so. Its team perk increases ammo, currency, and metal drop rate chance for the whole party by ten percent. Once upgraded, the chance of receiving consumables from chests also increases.
Compared to the Hunter perk, Metal Detector is more useful for those looking for more than just some ammo. However, the numbers of the Hunter perk make it a better pick. Had the upgrade to Metal Detector given a large percentage of the increase in drop rate, it could have possibly been better than Return To Sender.

7Communion
Invoker
The Invoker archetype is all about unleashing skills, so it’s no surprise that its Team Perk follows suit. Communion decreases skill cooldowns by one percent and provides a steady heal of two percent of max health every three seconds for allies whenever an Invoker skill is in play.
With its prime perk already in place that double skill charges and cut cooldowns, this Team Perk not only provides healing for your allies but also effectively grants them skill cooldown reduction. Since you’ll be frequently employing Invoker skills, it’s likely that this bonus will remain active for the majority of your battles.

6Residue
Summoner
The Summoner archetype is pretty powerful, especially if paired with other archetypes like Engineer or Medic. Residue, its team perk, grants a three-meter aura that heals two and a half percent of your health per second for ten seconds when a minion expires. Once upgraded, healing also increases by 20 percent.
Compared to other perks, like Alchemist, the radius in its boost isn’t huge, so your team need to be aware of when you stand once a minion expires to ensure the perk is being used efficiently. If used right, this perk can be a good boost in healing for a team.

5Spirit Of The Wolf
Handler
Handler is all about running with companionsand their team perk shows it. The perk ensures that all movement speed is boosted by ten percent and that allies within ten meters of the Handler gain the Handler’s movement speed if they’re slower. The boost in movement can greatly help players during fights with lots of enemies or during a boss fight where lots of movement is needed to stay alive.
Once upgraded, the stamina cost of actions is also reduced by 15 percent. The upgraded perk can help massively as an additional boost to the team’s actions, which can make your fights play out much smoother.

4Posse Up
Gunslinger
The Posse Up perk grants 20 percent additional ammo per player with the bonus split among teammates. Once upgraded, the perk awards 30 percent additional ammo per player, with the bonus split among teammates along with ammo boxes dropping additional ammo on the ground.
The Gunslinger perk can prove handy for giving teams that extra boost for ammo, especially if your whole team is in the middle of a large fight. It can potentially be a small saviour if a damage-focused teammate is out of ammo and needs a quick pick-me-up.
