The Fortnitemares event returns toFortniteto celebrate the Halloween season. Fortnitemares 2023 launches with a multitude of new quests, weapons, and cosmetics all fit for a spooky Battle Royale. There are a variety of rewards for participating in the new questlines, even if you don’t own the Battle Pass.
Test your might against the Cube Monsters in the returning Horde Rush mode for additional prizes and experience points. You can also challenge a new boss, Revenant Kado Thorne, in Battle Royale to obtain powerful new weapons. New And Returning Items
Fortnitemares 2023 introduces theStake Shotgun and Thorne’s Vampiric Blade.
The Pumpkin Launcher, Witch’s Broom, and candy items all returnfrom previous Fortnitemares celebrations. The Witch’s Broom is now red instead of green and produces a long red trail when being used. Other than slight cosmetic changes,these items all function exactly as they did before.
Quests And Rewards
This Halloween season also hostsmultiple questlinesthat reward XP and items.The rewards for Fortnitemares-related quests are available to everyone, even those who have not purchased the Battle Pass.
Horde Rush
The Horde Rush game mode makes its return, allowing you to team up with friends to take down the onslaught of Cube Monsters.Horde Rush also has its own questlinethat rewards various items and XP.
New And Returning Cosmetics
New and old cosmetic items will be appearing in the shop during Fortnitemares. The new original skins include:Seth, Phantom Meowscles, Bogstick, and Festival Phaedra.The Jack Skellington, Michael Myers, and Alan Wake skins are allset to appear later in the event.
