Super Mario Bros Wonderis another great 2D Mario game from Nintendo. Despite being a picture-perfect textbook platformer, Nintendo never ceases to amaze when it comes to the funny little plumber’s adventures. Piranha Plants on Parade takes the meaning of 2D to another level by playing with the background elements of the game.

Typically, the faded images in the back are just for decor, but this level brings them to the focus, or rather brings you to the background. This makes collecting the 10-flower coins and the wonder seeds a tad more difficult than the first level.

All Flower Coins In Piranha Plants On Parade

Collecting all of the flower coins in Piranha Plants on Parade will require Mario to do someforeground and background hopping.

First 10-Flower Coin

Thefirst 10-flower coinin Piranha Plants On Parade is visible before you take a single step…but you cannot grab it from where you are. Instead,navigate to the rightuntil you reach ared pipe. Hold down when you are standing on it totravel to the background.

In the background,go back to the leftuntil you reach the 10-flower coin.

Second 10-Flower Coin

Thesecond 10-flower coinis placed very soonafter the original red pipe. Move to the right andalong the note blocks,and you will run straight into it.

Third 10-Flower Coin

Continue traveling right,passing the midway flagand thewonder flower. Thethird 10-flower coinwill be near the ceiling,just underneath the piranha plantsrunning across it.

All Wonder Seeds In Piranha Plants On Parade

Unlike Welcome to Flower Kingdom, Piranha Plants on Parade has a total ofthree wonder seedsfor you to discover, requiring you tocomplete the level twiceto collect them all.

First Wonder Seed

Thefirst wonder seedcan be collected at the end of the parade route that is a part of thewonder effectactivated by thewonder flower. The wonder flower is locatedjust after the halfway pointof the level.

Once you activate the wonder effect,follow the level to the rightuntil the camera stops moving.After the piranha plants finish their tune, the wonder seed will spawn in thetop right corner.

Second Wonder Seed

Thesecond wonder seedis rewarded to you for completing the level through thedefault exit. Simplyreach the end of the levelto collect it!

Third Wonder Seed

Thethird and final wonder seedin Piranha Plants On Parade is through thesecret exit. Once you finish the level once,play through the level againand return to the parade route.

Let the piranha plants finish singing anduse the note blocks on the rightto gain enough jump height to make it ontop of the diagonal pipeabove you.

From here,jump up top and run to the leftuntil youenter a red pipe. You will exit in the foreground of the level. Run to the right, passing the original exit flagpole, and go down the green pipe to return to the main level.

Now all that is left to do isfinish the level… again!
