Your party can reduce the collective damage they’re taking by a lotif they use this feature liberally during combat. Encourage your party to get strategic with this ability. The huge range of teleportation alone is a huge benefit with a lot of tactical uses.
Best Ability Scores For A Peace Domain Cleric
Wisdomshould be as high as you may make it.It will determine your spellcasting modifier, and once you reach tenth level your Potent Spellcasting ability will let your Wisdom modifierboost your damage.
Constitutionis also going to be important. A lot of the spells that allow you to give your allies bonuses to their rolls will requireConcentration, so a high Constitution will help you keep those spells up and runningduring combat.
You’ll also want to give yourself high hit points, because your party will end up relying on the healing and buffs that you provide and you don’t want to go down during combat.
Dexteritywill be helpful for ahigh Armor Class, but won’t be needed for much else. You don’t want to dump this ability but you don’t need it to be very high either; it works well as a middle stat.
Charismais a good middle ability as well. You may find that this skill ishelpful for making allies and playing a support class, but it’s certainly not crucial to anything.
Strengthcan be a dump stat. You’re playing a support class soyou don’t need to be especially fearsome in combat.you may certainly put some points into this so you can hold your own in a fight if need be, but this should be on the lower end of your ability scores.
Intelligenceis definitely a dump stat. You won’t need it for much of anything,as long as someone else in your party has a high Intelligence.
