It’s time to celebrate, football fans,Madden 24is finally here. The latest iteration in the long-running football simulation series is back once again with the most up-to-date game mechanics, graphics, and rosters.

No matter the game mode, your main goal is to dominate on the gridiron. And with success comes celebrating. We break down how you can express yourself on the field with viral dances, football spikes, and other celebration moves in Madden 24.

Celebrating During The Play

Every player in the game has unique celebratory moves that can be activated during a play. Once a player is out in the open field,push down on the two triggers and press X on PlayStation or A on Xboxto activate the celebration performance.

When activated, the ball carrier will strut their stuff and show off to the crowd, but using celebratory moves willslow them down.

If you aren’t careful, a speedy defender can catch up for a last-second tackle, so only utilize these celebrations when you’re guaranteed to score a touchdown.

Celebrating After The Play

If you’re able to convert a big first down, gain a large chunk of yards, or execute a momentum-swinging defensive play like a sack or interception, you’llreceive a prompt to perform a celebrationafter the play.

By using the right analog stick, you’ll select fromsix different celebration moves. The celebration moves will change depending on which player you are controlling and if they’re an offensive or defensive player.

In some cases, you’ll see repeated options, like two Dance options, for less than four total celebration selections to choose from. Ultimately, it’ll depend onwho the player isas awide receiver will most likely have more celebration optionsthan a defensive tackle.

Equip Celebrations

In Superstar mode, you’ll have the opportunity topurchase celebration movesfrom the store and equip them for your player. Celebration moves are split into six categories:Touchdown, First Down, Interception, Sack, Tackle For Loss, and Celebration Run.

Within each category, celebration options are further divided into five sub-categories:Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. You can equip a unique celebration in each of these categories and use them in the League or Showdown game modes.
