Stat changing Ascended gear is done at theMystic Forge. Once you have all the required items, toss them into the Mystic Forge to change the equipment’s stats.
The recipes for Exotic Inscriptions and Insigniasvary depending on your desired stats. In general, for Inscriptions, you’ll needfive Orchicalcum Plated Dowels, five Globs of Ectoplasm, and a varying number of a materialthat determines what stats the Insignia is.
