How To Unlock The Best Mystery Solver In Dreamlight Valley Friendship Quest
To begin solving this mystery with Belle, you’ll need tocomplete a few prerequisitesfirst. You’ll need tounlock Scrooge’s Storeand theGlade of Trust, and you’ll want toprogress further with Mickey.
Once you’ve done that,reach friendship level seven with Belleto find out that she translated the mysterious book and learned it was actuallya journal that belonged to the best mystery solver.
Her memories have started returning, and the key to finding out who the best mystery solver is istofind the lost objectin her memory.
Where To Find The Fishing Hat
When you learn about the lost object, you only have a Memory to go off of. The Memory shows you a placenear the ruins, in the Glade of Trust. You’ll need toequip your Royal Fishing Rodand search forthe gold bubblesto find the item.
When you fish it out, you’ll haverecovered a fishing hatthatunlocks thenext piece of the memory. It shows you aroom with a board, though Belle isn’t sure where it is. You’ll need tofind the roomon your own.
Where To Find The Board
Finding the room is impossible without advancing farther with Mickey. His questline unlocks asecret room in the Dreamlight Castle, which allows you toaccess the Secret Doorwith gemstones on it.
Enter into the room to find the board on the wall.Examine the Boardand the Notes from the Board, thentalk to Belle.
She remembers everything, including that she’s the famous mystery solver, and wants toset up her own officeagain. You’ll need to help her get everything sorted out.
How To Set Up Belle’s Office
First,speak to Beastabout finding a suitable desk. He planned on gifting it to Belle soon and instead hands it over to you. Then, head to Scrooge’s Shop toorder an Elegant Armchairfrom Scrooge McDuck.
You can order more than one of the Elegant Armchair for yourself, but Belle only needs one.
Once you’ve gathered all the furniture,bring everything to Belle. She’ll set up the office space, and you’lltake a selfiein her office to commemorate the occasion.
Talk to Belleafterward to complete the quest andearn a boost in friendshipwith her.
