Defeat V.I Freud

Before you rush into this challenging battle withLOCKSMITH / V.I. Freud, it’s crucial to understand his setup and attack patterns.

Freud’s loadout isnot too outlandish, and you might already have encountered most of the parts.

He wields theRF-024 TURNER Assault Rifleand theVvc-770LB Laser Blade. As for his shoulder weapons, one of them is theVvc-700LD Laser Drone, which can be tricky to dodge, and theSB-033M MORLEY Spread Bazooka, known for its heavy damage potential.

Taking a hit from this bazookacan significantly deplete your AP.

Now, let’s dive into his attack patterns:

Start bygetting close to Freud and launching your missiles. These will either hit him or force him to dodge.

Watch his next move andclose in to attack with your dual Zimmermans. This should fill his stagger meter quickly. If you need still more stagger, relaunch those missilesto fully build the meter and stagger him.

When he’s staggered, approach him, then quickly switch up to the Pile Bunker for a fully charged attack. This can take awayalmost half of his health, demonstrating the Pile Bunker’s incredible power against staggered ACs.

With the right timing, you might manage touse two charged attacks and finish him off quickly.

If you weren’t lucky enough to land two fully charged attacks from the Pile Bunker, don’t worry.Simply repeat the strategyby using the Zimmerman shotguns tokeep building the stagger meteralongside the missiles.

Once Freud is staggered, deliver a powerful blow witha fully charged Pile Bunker attack. Once you successfully defeat Freud, the mission will be complete, and you’ll obtain aPlatinum Log.

You will get440,000 COAMas a reward for successfully completing the mission.
