The characters inDisney Dreamlight Valleyoften need help around the village with their personal quest lines. These include activities you’re able to do together and bringing more villagers to the valley. With Belle, it comes as no surprise that her quests involve books.

Belle is a bookish villager who seeks adventure. She gets along well with the other villagers and loves to share her current read with you. However, she wants to read more, and there’s an issue that keeps the library in the valley from being open. You’ll need to help Belle solve the problem, so she can get back to reading.
How To Unlock The Book Hunt Friendship Quest
You’ll need tomeet a few prerequisitesbefore you canunlock Belle’s Friendship Quest. These include:
Once these conditions are met, you’ll be able to start Belle’s quest: Book Hunt.
Belle couldn’t bring the whole library with her when she left her realm, but Merlin won’t let herborrow books from the village library. Too many books wereborrowed and not returned, so it’s up to the two of you tofind and return the late books.
Where To Find The Books
To find the books, you’ll need tospeak with four villagers. Those villagers are:
Speak to each of them tolearn what happened to their borrowed books. Unfortunately, most of the villagers havemisplaced their library books, so you’ll have tofind them yourself.
Goofy’s Book - Bear In Mind
Surprisingly, Goofy is the only one whostill has his book on handand returns it to you without any trouble. You won’t have to do any extra work to collect this one.
Mirabel’s Book - Crafty Creatures
Mirabel was distracted by Remy’s delicious food andmisplaced her book in the Plaza. It shouldn’t be too hard to find, sokeep an eye out on the groundfor it.
Remy’s Book - Extraordinary RATventures
Remy wasstartled at Dazzle Beachand dropped his book into the water. Thankfully, it’s enchanted, but you’ll have tofish it out of the water. Keep an eye out for anorange ring of bubblesand use yourRoyal Fishing Rodto pull it out.
Scrooge McDuck’s Book - Coinpool Theory
Scrooge McDuck accidentallyburied his book in the sandat Dazzle Beach. You’ll have to godig it up with the Royal Shovel. You can look for anymiscolored digging spots, as you cansee the spine of the bookinside the pile.
Where To Put The Books In The Library
With your new role,head to the Dreamlight Valley Libraryto reshelve the missing books. The library is locatedinside Merlin’s House.
While theshelves will let you knowif you make a mistake, here are thecorrect classifications for each missing book.
