Each time you start a new world, the game creates a specific set of Events that will happen in different places. As you explore Losomn, you might encounter a strange man stuck behind a barrier. He’ll be talking to himself about some amulet that he needs you to find, that’s the Spirit Wisp Amulet.
Where To Find The Spirit Wisp Amulet
In the world of Losomn, there’s an event calledTheMan in the Sewers, where an odd guyhangs around in a location called Tiller’s Rest. Like a lot of things in the game, getting this location is randomand it might require some rerolling of Losomn.
It seems that you’re more likely to get Tiler’s Rest if you start Losomnin Marrow Parish, which is part of the Asylum Storyline.

Once you locate this place, you’ll naturally cross paths with him as you progress ahead. You can tell you’re in the right placewhen you see a gate with a grill.
When you talk to him, he’ll tell you about a curse in the sewers andask you to find an amulet and destroy it. The key thing to find isa strange glowing wisp of light.

As you get closer to it, you’ll notice thatthis wisp possesses you and creates a glowing aura around you. Now, simply head back to the sewer man.
When you get close to him, you’ll see the same wisp come out of your body andtransform into the Spirit Wisp Amulet.

Since this all goes down right in front of the sewer man, he’ll call you and request the amulet from you. But here’s the interesting part:you’re able to choose to keep it for yourself if you’d like.
The Spirit Wisp Amuletdecreases the cooldown time of your skills by three percentevery time you activate a Mod for every 300 Mod Power spent.
If you decide to give the amulet to the sewer man,he’ll hand you the Outcast Ringin return. This ringboosts your reload speed by five percent for 15 secondsright after you reload your weapon.
