Neon City inStarfieldis home to two rival gangs: The Disciples and The Ebbside Strikers. Up till now, you’ve been helping the Strikers take back the streets from The Disciples by stealing information and replacing propaganda. Now, it’s time to take the fight directly to The Disciples.

The Showdown is the final link in the chain of quests for the Ebbside Strikers. You will join a strike team to take out several Disciples at their known hangout spots and clear out one of their warehouses. But will the Strikers come out on top, and will they be able to avoid collateral damage?

To get him to agreeyou must offer to pay for it all in cashupfront right now. The cost is 8,000 credits, but you will have the chance topersuade him to lower the priceto 5,000.

Once you’re done, head back to Brigg’s office andtell Vogal you’re ready to go.

Starfield: Holding a sword and fighting with Discples to clear out the hangouts

If, for whatever reason, thedoor to Brigg’s office gets locked, don’t fret. If you received theManipulate skillduring theRyujin questline, you can use that to get Andrea to open the door for you.

Clear Disciple Hangouts

You’re given three locations of Disciple hangouts to clear out, and all three are on theopposite side of Ebbside. The best way to get there is to go back out toBayu Plaza, then take theEbbside door behind The Emporium.

Take a left pastEuphorikaand head straight back. This first group will talk to you, and you canpersuade them to walk away and not engage.

Defeat The Disciples

The leaders of the Strikerswill be waiting for you outsideWarehouse 03, another base for the Disciples. Your job will be toclear out the Disciples inside.

you’re able to choose to do thisalone or with the group, but it’ll be a relatively easy battle either way. Once all the Disciples are dead,Owen Dexler from Neon Securityshows up and offers the Strikers a deal.

Starfield: Talking to Owen Dexler of Neon Security after clearing out the Disciples

He proposes that theStrikers join Neon Security as officersand help to keep the streets safe from groups like The Disciples.

The group will agree, as this meansa better life for them and a way out of Ebbside. Briggs gives you your rather large cut ofcredits,a gun called the Street Sweeper, and 100 XP for completing the quest.

Starfield: Standing over dead bodies of Ebbside Striker leaders, alternate end to The Showdown quest

Alternative Ending: Side With The Disciples

If you choose to side with the Disciples, you will then head back toMadame Sauvage’s and kill all the Strikers’ leaders.

Choosing this option will likely make yourcompanion very angry with you, so if that’s something that matters to you, we recommend siding with the Strikers.

Killing the Strikerscompletes the questwith the same rewards, minus a few thousand credits.
