Cydonia is a busy place inStarfield; it’s a bustling mining city with more citizens than you can probably count. By now, you’ve completed two quests in the name of securing better tools for the miners here, but there’s a hitch - the man who was sent to fetch the equipment hasn’t turned up with the goods.

Naturally, as a protagonist in a Bethesda game, it’s up to you to play the good samaritan (or, at least, the reward-hungry bystander) and find the man in question and sort this predicament out once and for all. This is a short one, but a climactic one.
How To Find Hank Ferraro
Chatting with Trevor after completing the previous quest will have you learning that the man who went to fetch the equipment is called Hank Ferraro, and his whereabouts are unknown. Finding him, however, is startlingly simple:
Talk to Hankto learn about his situation and where the equipment is. No matter which route you take through the branching dialogue, you’ll end upfollowing himto the place where he stashed the equipment.
That was easy, huh? Well, no. It’s about to get more complicated.
Dealing With Hank Ferraro
Hank willlead you outside Cydoniaand around the buildings outside. He’s a slow walker, and he’ll talk about his situation a bit more every now and then.
Eventually, you’ll reach anopen space near Hank’s ship. At this point, Hank will enter a full dialogue with you in which he basicallythreatens youwith death. It is possible toPersuadeHank to stand down here, but it’s a difficult speech check and will be very hard to pass without ranks in the Persuasion skill.
More likely is Hank firing upon you. This is not a threat - he is aweak, level one enemyand will get downed in a few hits. Loot his body if this happens.
You cannot enter Hank’s ship.
After dealing with Hank, whichever way you did,return to Trevor in Cydonia(you can use fast travel to speed things up, no need to walk all the way back!). You’ll get your final rewards for this quest chain:
A full set of Deimos gear and a big chunk of iron is a nice deal. Heavy, but nice!
