When you go to the Tiefling camp inBaldur’s Gate 3, you’re still searching for someone who can relieve you of your little brain worm problem. While speaking with the local healer Nettie is one lead you can follow, another option comes in the unlikely form of a Goblin prisoner.

How To Save The Goblin Sazza

Make your way to the north side of the camp and go through theShabby Doorat(X:190, Y:585)to the Makeshift Prison. This triggers a cutscene where a Tiefling is trying to kill the Goblin prisoner. Be sure tochoose to step between them.

We have afull guide on how to save Sazza here. Once you’ve taken Sazza safely away from the camp, she will thank you and promise to see you at her camp.

If you don’t intervene, the prisoner gets killed, and you cannot undertake Ask The Goblin Priestess For Help quest.

How To Find The Goblin Camp

Head west to theGoblin Campat(X:-55, Y:365)and regroup with Shazza. Along the way, youmight encounter a dying Edowin and his followersor pass through theBlighted Village.

Once youreach the Goblin Camp, there will be a short conversation where you confirm you saved Shazza, then follow her to the main body of the camp.

How To Deal With True Soul Gut

Head to theHeavy Oak Doorsat(X:-104, Y:461)and speak to Sazza. Inside the Shattered Sanctum, you will findTrue Soul Gutat(X:-297, Y:-21).

You can head past Priestess Gut and follow Sazza tomeet with Minthara. There, you can choose to help save Sazza’s life and then face a new conundrum of where your allegiances lie.

Choosing to agree with Minthara’s plan will reward you with the Assassin’s Touch dagger. You can always snag this prize and still choose to betray Minthara later.

Speak with her, and she will want to brand you, though you may refuse if you wish to, with no consequences. Ask her for help with the parasite, and she’ll want to continue in her chapel, where it’s more private. Follow her through the door at(X:268, Y:-21).

At this point, she’ll make you dismiss your companions, sosplit away from them and take them back outside. Then, continue your conversation with Gut.

She’ll give you a potion to drink. If you drink it or refuse to drink,you’ll get knocked out either way. You can attack Gut, but this will immediately throw you and your other companions into battle. It’s best togo along with drinking the potion.

Upon waking, you’ll be trapped, but if youpass an Acrobatics of Strength Skill Check of 12,then you can free yourself, but you’ll have to defeat Polma and Gut, which isn’t an easy fight alone. If you fail the checks orchoose to preserve your strength, you will be saved by a woman named Korrilla, who will take care of your enemies for you.

If you want to skip the battle, choose ‘Preserve your Strength’.

Once they are defeated, make sure you loot everything in the room and, more importantly,obtain the parasite from Gut. The other Goblins in the camp will be unaware of what’s taken place, and you can still go around without being attacked.
