This Echo of War provides useful items that are required to upgrade character Traces along with some shards that can be used to buy free-to-play Light Cones. Here’s everything you need to know if you want to get these rewards from the Divine Seed domain.

How To Unlock Divine Seed Domain

Divine Seed is the third Echo of War that you can unlock in Honkai: Star Rail, but you’ll have to go through quite a lot of the main story. Firstly, you’ll have to finish the main story of the Herta Space Station and Jarilo-VI toreach the third planet called Xianzhou Luofu. On this planet, you’ll eventually reach an area called Scalegorge Waterscape.

This is one of the final areas of the planet, soyou’ll have to get to quite a high Trailblaze Level to unlock the required quests. Once here, you can solve a couple of puzzles to make a bridge to the far left side of the area where you’ll fight Phantylia for the first time.

You won’t get the rewards when you defeat her during the story, but theEcho of War will unlock right after.

Phantylia Attack Pattern

Phantylia was the first boss with three phases in the Overworld of Honkai: Star Rail sinceyou could only see three-phase bosses in the Simulated Universe before this. In each phase, she deals a special type of single and multi-target damage, but the highlight of her attack pattern is the flowers spawned on the ground.

Theseflowers can have a variety of skills, and you can’t simply ignore them if you want to win the battle:

Honkai Star Rail Phantylia In Fire Phase

1

Wind

Phantylia readily spawns two Abundance Lotuses on each side of her body, and these have atalent that heals them up every time they get a turn. Moreover, they will always perform an attack that takes away one of your Skill Points.

Though their health is quite low so you can easily defeat them by focusing all your attacks on them for one turn. When they’re defeated, your team will get three Skill Points back.

2

Lightning

The boss spawns the Destruction Flowers in this phase, and these flowers can take away 30 percent of one of your party members' HP at random. This hp turns into a grey bar, which can’t be healed up unless you remove the debuff.

Moreover, Phantylia can also bloom these flowers, which turns on their Weakness. If you don’t trigger Weakness Break, this flower deals massive damage to one of your characters that got locked on.

3

Imaginary

The third phase sees Phantylia spawning up to four flowers, which include two Abundance and two Destruction flowers. They don’t get any new abilities, but you’ll have to tackle up to five enemies at the same time.

Apart from these attacks, Phantylia alsouses a special AoE attack every few turnsduring the second and third phases.

This attack has a cool animation and deals quite a lot of damage to your party.

How To Defeat Phantylia

The first step to regularly defeat Phantylia isselecting as many Wind, Imaginary, and Lightning characters as possible. You’ll see the first two Weaknesses on almost all enemies in this fight, while the third one can be found on the boss itself. If you don’t have the required characters, you can alsouse Silver Wolf to plant a Weakness.

There are a bunch of bosses that can summon side enemies in Honkai: Star Rail, but the difference in the fight against Phantylia is that you may’t ignore these summons. In the first phase,it’s recommended to defeat the Abundance Flowers as fast as possibleto avoid the Skill Point drain. Although, the boss can also re-summon them after a couple of turns.

Try not to get rid of both flowers at the same time since thisgives you a total of six Skill Points, which is lower than your cap of five.

When it comes to the second phase, you canignore the Destruction summons until their Weaknesses are revealedas long as you have a good healer or shielder. Erudition characters like Jing Yuan, Blade, and Kafka can be phenomenal for this fight as you’re able to focus on all the enemies at once.
