How To Get Decayed Heart Relic

Decayed Heart Relic is available towards the later stages of the game inRoot Earth.

The good news is that Root Earth isone of the two worlds where the locations of items and areas are not randomly generated, unlike the other three worlds.

Secret entrance to get the Decayed Heart Remnant 2

When you begin your journey in Root Earth, you’ll start at Ashen Wasteland, then you need to progress until you reach the second location calledCorrupted Harbor.

Starting from Corrupted Harbor,head straight ahead until you arrive at an open area.

Here, you’ll encounter both Elite enemies and regular enemies. It’s important to defeat them all so that they won’t trail you.

After dealing with these enemies, continue along the path whilekeeping an eye on your right side.

What you need is to look out forsome vines that conceal a secret entrance. However, be cautious, as there will still be enemies nearby.

Before getting inside the secret entrance, ensure to handle the enemies first. The entrance is narrow, and if any enemies follow you inside, they could lead to your death.

Once all the enemies are defeated, crouch down and slip between the vines to find a secret passage. At the end of this passage, you’ll discover theDecayed Heart Relic.

Decayed Heart is a Relic thattriggers 40 health regeneration for the next three instances of enemy damage taken which lasts for 30 seconds.
