The Fae Council Event is just one of the numerous events you can come across. This particular event occurs while you’re exploring Losomn, within the Council Chamber. Here, you’ll encounter the council members, who assign you the mission of uncovering the impostor responsible for the assassination of the One True King.
Council Chamber Walkthrough
Upon entering theCouncil Chamberand engaging with its members, your quest will initiate touncover the identity of the imposter.
Progress through the Council Chamber normally until you come acrossa magical mirror. When you interact with this mirror, you will betransported to the Council Tribunal.
Within the Tribunal, you’ll encountera room that bears a striking resemblance to the Council Chamber. However, it will be filled with enemies, so make sure to defeat them before proceeding.
Afterward, upon inspecting thebases of the three pillars,you can collect three tablets.
Aligning these tablets correctly requiresmatching them with their corresponding reflections underneath.
Once you’ve successfully placed all three tablets in their designated spots, you will gain entry to theThrone Room. Inside, you’ll find theOne True King petrified due to the imposter’s assassination.
You’ll need toclimb the statue, using the rock platforms.
Upon reaching the top, you will obtain theAssassin Dagger Quest Item.
Three variations of the Assassin Dagger exist:Assassin Dagger (Red Jewel),Assassin Dagger (Purple Jewel),andAssassin Dagger (Teal Jewel).
In order to determine which version you have, simplyinspect the Quest Item in the menu and look at its bottom.
This Assassin Dagger serves asthe evidence required to accuse the imposter. By identifying thesigil and the color on it, you canaccurately point out the right imposter.
Once you’ve correctly pinpointed the imposter, it’s time to return to the council members and interact with them.
When prompted, select the choice “I am prepared to make an accusation” and pick out the imposter you’ve identified through the Assassin Dagger.
At this point, a short cutscene will play showing the imposter being taken down. As your reward, you’ll receive theOrnate Blade.
