As you run around Klima Valley and Bahari Bay inPalia, you may have seen other players with pets. These are small creatures called Palcats, and will follow you around as you go exploring. If you want a Palcat of your own, you’re in luck.

Here, we are going to go over where you can get your own pet, as well as how to equip them. Overall, the process of getting a pet is quite simple. It’s important to note that Palia is currently in open beta, but more pets are planned to be added in the future. When new pets are added to the game, we will include them here.

What Pets Are Available?

In total, there arefour pets that you can obtain,with all of them being Palcats. In the image above, you can see each variation. The name of each cat is listed below as well.

How To Get Every Pet

To get a pet in Palia, you will need topurchase coins from the Premium Store.Essentially, this means that you will need tospend real money to get a pet,which can be unfortunate for some. Thankfully, Palcatsdon’t provide any bonus to the game and are purely cosmetic.

If you do want a pet of your own, head to the Premium Store. If you purchaseany amount of coins, you will be rewarded with the Sandy Palcat.Once you havepurchased a total of 3,000 coins, you will unlock the other three Palcats.

Palcats were added to Palia in patch 0.166, but it was possible to buy coins before this. Fortunately, if you previously bought coins, this will count towards unlocking the pets.

How To Equip Pets

To show off your new pet,head to your inventory menu.From here, you should see a row of accessories, with the last one being in theshape of a paw print.Click on this, and you will come to a new page showing yourcollection of emotes and pets.From the pets tab, you canchoose which pet you want to be active.
