InLords Of The Fallen, as you embark on your journey to cleanse the beacons, you’ll encounter various NPCs. The first batch of NPCs appears after you reach Skyrest Bridge, including Andreas of Ebb. He’s a peculiar character because, right from the start, he asks for your Umbral Lamp, though that isn’t his actual quest.
As you progress further in the game, when you interact with Andreas of Ebb, he’ll request a specific book without providing any hints. If you’re wondering how to assist him, this guide will direct you to the exact location of the book you need to find.
How To Get Andreas Of Ebbs' Book
First, your goal is toreach Upper Calrath, where you’ll find the book Andreas is looking for. Start by leaving the Vestige andheading to the rightuntil you reach a gate.Use your Umbral Lamp to bypass itand continue along the path.
Soon, you will come acrossa large arena with an entrance in front of you. Head toward that entrance,climb the stairs to the right, and after you drop down,take a right turn and descend.
Here you’ll find a door that can be unlocked, creating a shortcut.
From here,follow the path to the leftof the shortcutandenter the building on the right side. Be cautious, as there are enemies hiding inside. After leaving this building, you’ll encounter two paths, one to the right and another to the left.Take the left path and continue.
Eventually, you’ll reach an open area with a tree in the center and a formidable enemy. Defeat this enemy, and you’ll findan entrance to the right.Enter and climb the ladder.
You’ll know you’re on the right track when you see alocation prompt indicating Skyrest Bridge.
Keep moving forward until you finda set of stairs leading down. At the bottom,enter Umbral realmand you will finda Stigma.Soulflay itand you’ll receive two Umbral Scourings and, most importantly,Andreas of Ebb’s Book of Lineage.
Fortunately, you won’t have to backtrack all the way. If youunlock the door in front of the Stigma, you can quickly reach Skyrest, near the arena where you foughtPieta She of Blessed Renewal.
Return to Andreas andoffer him the book. After you do, he’ll let you know that he’s ready to assist you on your journey.
