How To Obtain Flax Flowers And Seeds
Taming wild Spirits requires feeding them eitherFlax Flowers or Flax Seedsduring battle.
Flax Flowers aresmall, light blue flowersthat are grown in and found primarily inSpringonvarious Elemental islands, such as Moonstone Island or Water Elemental islands.

They can bepicked upto obtain a single Flax Flower orcut down with a Scytheto obtainone to three seeds.
They can be found in theforest area to the north, as well asat the beach in the southeaston Moonstone Island.

How To Find Spirits
Spirits can be found inseveral biomesas you progress through the game, and often, the type of Spirit you’ll find will berelated to where you find them.
They can be found on wild Spirit-filledIslands reachable by Broom or Balloon, dungeons,or inunexploredminesyou can find occasionallywhen breaking rocks.

Wild spirits wander around in a small radius, but if youget too close to them, most spirits willcharge at you and initiate battle.
How To Tame Spirits
In the battle menu, wild Spirits will have ablue heart next to their health baron the upper right hand of the screen. This is theirtaming meter, and you’ll need to fill up this heart byfeeding them.
Selecting the Feed optionopens up your inventory, where you canselect a Flax Floweror Flax Seed to feed the Spirit with.Seedswill fill a wild Spirit’s taming bar bya small, random amountandFlax Flowers fill a wild Spirit’s bar by ten.
You’re able to feed them up tothree times a turn, andyou do not need to lower their HPor break their armor to be able to feed them.
Each time you feed a Spirit, the heart willfill up with greenandonce it’s completely filled up,the Spirit will be tamed.
It can take anywhere from asingle flower to multiple flowersto tame a Spirit, withmost Spirits requiring two or three flowersto tame.
