Cyberpunk 2077tells the story of V, a mercenary from Night City, and their exploits across the megalopolis in a plot full of mystery, violence, and crime. After you start making a name of their own, you’ll start dealing with more dangerous people, and get to discover new places.
One of those areas you will discover is the violent Dogtown, and you’ll travel there to rescue Rosalind Myers, the president of NUSA, and Songbird, her right hand. However, Songbird gets kidnapped by the evil Colonel Hansen, and you must infiltrate the Black Sapphire club to find her.
How To Start You Know My Name
After finishingthe mission ‘Get It Together’, Reed and Alex will give you some diving gear and a silenced pistol, andsend you to an abandoned building in Dogtown, near the Heavy Hearts Club.Once inside, you must jump into a pool of toxic water,diving through a path formed by tunnels and platforms that will take you to the lower levels of the Black Sapphire building.
Do not forget to manually equip the diving gear orthe toxic water will quickly kill you.
You will end up in a Barghest office with a few guards in it, andyou must take them all out while Reed tries to sneak his way inside.However, he will need your help, and you’ll end up usingthe security cameras from this office to help him clear his way in.
Helping Solomon Reed
Reed will ask you totake the elevator up to the Maintenance Area,and the first thing you’ll see when you arrive will be a Sniper manning a huge turret. Sneak and take him out, andjump into the turret to help Reed progress further.
This will involvesniping enemies from afar and using your scanner a lot to discover cluesand machinery you can hack into to help Reed, sopay attention to the quest objectives and Reed’s indications, and you should be fine.
Once he lowers the bridge,meet up with him and take the elevator up to the laundry room, so you can change into fancier clothes to enter the club.
Finding Songbird
Once you get inside the Black Sapphire, you’ll have togo around using your scanner on several celebrities from Night City.Songbird will call you after you have investigated enough, butthe tense reunion between her and Reed will be cut short by Hansen, who requires her attention elsewhere.
After this meeting,both you and Reed need to scan twin siblings Aymeric and Aurore Cassel, a pair of netrunners working with Hansen who will be playing roulette. However,something with Reed goes wrong and he disappears before joining you, which leaves you alone to fulfill this task.
Alex will give you 80,000 Eurodollars for you to bet in the game, andyou can buy up to 100,000 if you want to make some extra cash.
Once you have joined the game,you will be able to chat with the twins while you scan them. You must keep your dialog choices in check becausebeing too forward will put you on the spot,but other than that the outcome will be pretty much the same.
Unfortunately, Colonel Hansen will arrive at the scene, now knowing who you are, and as a courtesy,he will ask you to peacefully leave the building alongside Reed,who was already in his custody. Even though he will threaten you, you just have to comply with this demand, andboth you and Reed will safely exit this place, thus ending the quest.
Remember tocash your earnings from the roulette game in the booth, andtalk to Lizzy Wizzyif you have completed the ‘Violence’ questbefore you exit the club.
