Description
Basilisk Gate
you may reach this entrance shortly after entering the Lower City for the first time. From the Basilisk Gate, pass the Waypoint and look right under the bridge. There is a manhole in the road you can take to the sewers. Once on the other side, break the sturdy wall on the left with a Bludgeoning weapon to enter the sewers.
This gate also doubles as a way to the “No Entry, No Exit” door to the Guildhall if you ascend the stairs past the broken walls instead of entering the gassy sewers through an already broken, second wall. Taking the broken, second wall and going right leads to a backway to the Emperor’s Hideout.

Bloomridge Park/Glitter Gala Alleyway
Also a manhole, you can find this location inthe center of the alleyway behind the Glitter Gala. This location is south of Bloomridge Park.
Guildhall - “No Entry, No Exit”
Only available once the Guildhall has been reached for the first time, you can leave the Guildhall andenter the Lower City Sewers via its No Entry, No Exit door. This door is to the left of the Guildhall bar and requires a lockpicking check to open.
Nine-Finger’s Office
Only available once the Guildhall has been reached, you can enter the sewersthrough the bookshelf in Nine Finger’s Office in the bedroom area. You must pass a DC25 lockpicking check to unlock the bookshelf and move it to reveal an entrance to the sewers.
Emperor’s Old Hideout
From the Elfsong Tavern, you canreach the Emperor’s Old Hideout. At the very end of it, you’re able to finda hatch leading into the city sewerson its far eastern side.
Flymm Cargo
Entering the Flymm Cargo basement, you’re able to find this entrance to the sewersin the Detention Block area. On the right side of the Detention Block (as you enter it), you can go down a hallway to a dead-end that says: “A greasy, smelly climb down.”
Lady Jannath’s Estate - ‘Keep Out’
On the south side of Lady Jannath’s Estate, you canfind a door on the ground level labeled “Keep Out.“This door leads can lead to the Abandoned Cistern, but it must first be opened on the other side via the ladder at theend of Minsc’s questline.
