If you’re a troublesome party of characters, you might find yourself in combat frequently. You might err on the dark side of the Sword Coast and delve into crime. What Is The Enemy Of Justice Condition?
When youkill a guard, you will receive theEnemy of Justice debuff, which marks you as a murderer andturns all your victim’s allied guards against you. The debuff only appears ifsomeone witnesses the crimeand reports it.
Many people experience the debuff as a bug after clearing the goblin camp, whether it’s from Priestess Gut, Minthara, or any of the other interactions inside.

You’ll have tokill the witnessto stop them from reporting the crime. If you’d prefer not to indulge in more murder, you can alsoknock them out, as many NPCs and enemies that are knocked unconscious stay that way.
If they wake up after a long rest though, youmay need to repeat the processagain.
Getting stuck with the Enemy of Justice condition can make completing certain quests or entire acts impossible.
Save often and keep an eye out for the debuffto pinpoint what caused it so you may continue progressing without trouble.
