When you arrive at the Labyrinth inRemnant 2for the first time, you’ll notice its oddness, with various portals guiding you through different sections of the Labyrinth. This location stands out as one of the most secretive places in Remnant 2, housing not only the well-guarded Archon Archetype but also a multitude of other mysteries.

Among these secrets lies the Chicago Typewriter Long Gun, a familiar weapon returning from the initial game, Remnant from the Ashes. This made everyone curious about how to get their hands on it.
How To Get The Chicago Typewriter
To acquire the Chicago Typewriter Long Gun, you must firstdefeat the Labyrinth Sentinel bossand obtain theBiome Portal Key from the Keeper.
Once you have that, go to theFractured Ingress checkpointandhead righttowards the stairs.Keep moving forward and to your rightuntil you reach two stone bridges. Cross these bridges, and at the path’s end, you’ll spot a portal.DO NOT ENTER THIS PORTAL.
Instead, if youwalk behind it and look down,you will discovera hidden portalbelow that you can jump to. This will transport you to a smaller platform withanother portal on your left.
After using this portal, look around for an entrance. Go inside andtake a left, where you’ll find a climbable rock. Eventually, you’ll reach a small opening that overlooks a portal; however,DO NOT DESCEND.
Instead,climb up a ledge to your rightandjump to the ledge across from you. At the end of this path, you’ll encountera portal door where you may use the Biome Portal Key.
Activating it will transport you to a separate area within Ward 13, whereyou’ll find the Chicago Typewriter.
While here, you’re able to also get your hands on theLeto Mark II Armor Set.
Chicago Typewriter Overview
TheChicago Typewriterproves to be an effective Long Gun.
It’sbest suited for short-range encountersdue toits large ammo capacityandrapid firing rate,which help you eliminate multiple enemies at once.
Given this is a Standard Weapon, the Chicago Typewriterdoes not come with a built-in weapon Mod.
This gives you the flexibility to equipa compatible Mod and Mutator according to your liking.
