There are many avenues for upgrading your healing capabilities, ranging from enhancing the potency of the flasks to the amount you’re able to carry toraising your overall HP statto withstand more attacks before the need to reach for your Healing Receptacles.

Empty Receptacle One Location

Ourfirst Empty Receptacleis found in theProfundo Lamentoregionjust below the City of the Blessed Name,in theroom directly to the right of the ladder that leads up through the wellyou openshortly after acquiring the Ivy of Ascension Ability(Wall Climb/Jump).

Upon entering this room, you will see apinkish-red item on the ground.Picking it up willtrigger several waves of enemiesto spawn in.Defeating the waves of enemies will reward you with the Empty Receptacle.From here,bring it to the Blood Upgrade ladyin theCity of the Blessed Nametoincrease the number of Blood Vialsfromtwo to three!

Empty Receptacle Two Location

Empty Receptacle number tworesides in theElevated Templesdungeon and can be accessed by heading to thePrie-Dieu near the Chapel of the Five Dovesarea near thenorthwest portion of the dungeon.

Once here,head eastward past the Chapel of the Five Doves and into the large room.From here,head downward into the long, verticle room.The item you’re looking for is on this screen.

You will need touse the Ivy of AscensionAbility(Wall Climb/Jump)to reach a Mirror in the rightmost shaft.Jump from the wall toward the Mirror andsmack it with your Sarmiento & Cenelle(Rapiers) toturn into a streak of lightning, sending you up through the floorto where the item is.

Pick the item upto obtain yoursecond Empty Receptacle,enabling you toreturn it to the Blood Upgrade ladyin theCity of the Blessed Nametoup your Blood Vial countfromthree to four!

Empty Receptacle Three Location

Thethird Empty Receptacleis given to you as arewardfor passing thethird Battle Challengein theStreets of Wakesregion afterfinding three Bedridden Sisters/Candles.

Thisreward will always be the third one,so youmust find three Sisters and return to the room directly to the right of the Prie-Dieu in the Streets of Wakesandsuccessfully complete all three Battle Challengesto acquire it.

After besting the third Battle Challenges andreceiving the Empty Receptacle,you canreturn it to the Blood Upgrade lady in the City of the Blessed Nameto obtain anadditional Blood Vial,bringing you fromfour to five!

Empty Receptacle Four Location

Ourfourth and final Empty Receptacleis found withinThe Severed Towerdungeon andrequires the Scions' Protection Ability(Angel Rings) to obtain. From thedungeon’s middle-most Prie-Dieu, head to the floor directly underneathit.

From here,use your Abilities to reach the Gold/Angel Rings in the upper right portionof the room.Follow the rings up and into the room in the top right.Once in here, you will see apinkish-red item on the ground.Pick it up tosummon in waves of enemies.

Defeat the incoming waves of enemiestoreceive the fourth and final Empty Receptacle.Bring it back to theBlood Upgrade ladyin theCity of the Blessed Namefor the last time toobtain an additional Blood Flask,bringing you fromfive to six!
