While you’re out mining rocks and capturing bugs, you’ll soon realize that inventory management becomes a very important mechanic. Occasionally, your inventory can even overflow, meaning that one of your previous items is in danger of being deleted to make room for the overflow item. You are luckily able to increase your inventory in Palia, and here’s how.

Complete Zeki’s Expanded Backpack Quest

You start off in Palia withtwo rows in your personal inventory, each witheight slotsfor items. To add more space to your backpack, you’ll need to complete a quest for Zeki, the only Grimalkin in Kilima Village.

After youlevel up two different skills to level two, you’ll get a letter in the mail from him, initiating the Zeki’s Expanded Backpack quest.

Thankfully, completing the quest is pretty simple.Zeki runs the general store in town, and you need to make your way there. Next to the store’s counter, you’ll seea table with a backpack signon it. This is where you’ll be able tobuy extra backpack space, and it costs a relatively small500 gold.

Purchasing the inventory upgrade completes the quest, slightlyimproves your relationship with Zeki, and also rewards you withfive Renown.
