What Are The Toddler Skills?

There arefive Toddler Skills, which are sometimes calledfundamentals. You can check out all five listed below.

How To Level Up Toddler Skills

To level up Toddler Skills, you will need to do related activities. For example, the Communication Skill is leveled up through communicating, whether it be with others or with stuffed animals.

It’s important to note thatwith the Wabbit Tablet, your toddler Sim can increase every skill (except the Potty Skill). This tablet has many skill development options for you to choose from, making it a great choice if you don’t care about screen time for toddlers.

Now, let’s take a closer look at each Toddler Skill available. With the exception of the Potty Skill, each skill has five levels and doesn’t require supervision.

Communication Skill

The Communication Skill can easily be leveled up bytalking to adult Sims or playing with certain toys, such as a giant teddy bear.

With higher Communication Skills, your toddler can ask others for specific things. While toddlers don’t need adult supervision, adults can help teach them how to talk with flashcards. This will increase the skill while also helping your toddler and adult sim bond.

Imagination Skill

Toddlers and children are known to have great imagination, which holds true in The Sims 4. Byplaying with toys, your toddler can improve their Imagination skill whilehaving fun in the process.Adult Sims can also read to toddlers, which improves their Imagination Skill.

Movement Skill

After aging up from an infant to a toddler, it’s time to move! Your toddler cannavigate houses and walk from room to room. After reaching Movement level two, they can evenclimb up stairs.

With higher Movement Skills, toddlers will move around faster.

Every time you direct a toddler Sim to move around, they will develop their movement skill. Some stationary ways to increase their Movement Skill includeplaying with Nesting Blocks, dancing, and playing Blicblock Baby (on the Wabbit Tablet).

Thinking Skill

Thinking can be hard, especially if you are a toddler. To develop the Thinking Skill, adults can use flashcards with toddlers. Additionally,Nesting Blocks can increase the skill.Because of this, Nesting Blocks are a great way tolearn Thinking and Movement at the same time.

With higher Thinking Skills, your toddler isless likely to throw tantrums. Overall, they will become a bit more independent.

When clicking on an unknown item, your toddler can use the option “What’s this?".This will cause them to inquire about the thing in question, and develop their Thinking Skill a bit.

Potty Skill

Lastly, we have the Potty Skill. Thisdoes not correspond to any Child Skill, since they know how to use the restroom already. Prior to using the potty chair, your toddler will need help. Once they reach level two, they canuse the potty chair without adult supervision.Still, adults can help speed up the process.

If you have an Independent toddler, they will beable to potty by themselves from the start.
