Encumbrance Explained
Encumbranceis aStat that affects how you dodge and the amount of stamina you usefor actions that consume stamina, like dodging, running, and melee attacks.
Whenyou’re not in combat, your stamina is unlimited. However, whenenemies are close by, you’ll see yourstamina decrease as you use these actions.

As discussed earlier, theweight of your armor and weapons plays a role in affecting your Encumbrance. For instance, wearingheavier armor will lead to higher Encumbrance, whilelighter armor will result in lower Encumbrance.
