Where To Find Duke Ravengard

To find the Duke, you’ll have to poke your nose into the shady business ofFlymm Cargo. Entering it andventuring down the door in the floorandthrough the cargo hold’s basementwill lead you toa submersible.

Sweet talk the dwarf man, Redhammer the Deviser, into taking youdown to theIron Throne. As you descend, Gortash will video call you and demand you to turn back;refuse and continue dockingat the Iron Throne anyway.

This will anger Gortash. If you have plans to make a deal with Gortash, you cannot continue this quest and must turn back.

Duke Ravengard isinside the sinking Iron Throne.You can find him the hard way by searching with your eyes or using the nifty Scrying Eye device on the west side of the ship. He’s locatedon the east side of the ship in the center cell.

How To Save Duke Ravengard

Duke Ravengardmust besaved within the six turns(Balanced difficulty) allotted to you. If he is not, he will drown with any other victims left behind—including your party. Through whatever means, save Duke Ravengard by rushing to his aid in the east corridor.

It’s recommended to send a healer to save himwhile the rest of your party saves all other prisoners.

Player Moves Duke Ravengard On His Turn During Iron Throne Escape Attempt in Baldur’s Gate 3.

When yourelease Ravengard by pulling the lever to the right of his door, you’re able to control him in your turn order. On his turn,move him forward to trigger a special scene with Mizora.

Duke Ravengard will be brought to kneel,wasting the rest of his turnand preventing you from moving any further.Spiders will appearbehind him, but you canignore them entirely.

Player Finds Duke Ravengard At Camp While Walking With Wyll In Baldur’s Gate 3

Use Dash and Jump back to the ladder in the central room.Once he reaches the ladder,send him up and into the submersible,where he can stay until the end of the Iron Throne scenario.

If you have aPotion of SpeedorHaste Sporesyou can throw, you canspeed up and ensure the Duke’s survival. However, if he is saved before the end of Turn Three, it is not needed.

How To Finish Duke Ravengard’s Quest

Once the submersible has risen with all passengers,Ravengard will thank you for saving his lifeand head back to your camp. To speak with him,return to your campand find himstanding near Wyll’s tent.

If you haven’t already,ensure Wyll is in your partywhen you speak to the Duke.

Reconcile father and sonthrough dialogue, and then Duke Ravengard will pledge himself and his followers to aid you in the coming battle. And finally—finally!—you may put an end to the Saving the Duke quest.
