Custom Deliveries offer Disciples of the Hand and Land a fast and easy way to level up and acquire much-needed Scrips inFinal Fantasy 14. Added in patch 6.5, Margrat will accept Custom Deliveries from crafters and gatherers at level 80 or above.
Before you may help Margrat deliver comfort to the aching scholars of Labyrinthos, you’ll need to unlock her for Custom Deliveries. Below, we’ll take a look at what prerequisites you’ll need to complete, and where to find the quest that unlocks Margrat’s Custom Deliveries.

How To Unlock Margrat Custom Deliveries
Before you can unlock Margrat’s Custom Deliveries, there are a few prerequisites you’ll need to take care of first. You’ll need to be far enough along in the Main Scenario to have completed the’Going Haam’quest and unlocked theAetherfont dungeon.
Then, you’ll need to have completed the quest’Go West, Craftsman'. This quest is tied to most of the other Custom Delivery NPCs, so chances are that you’ve already done it. In case you haven’t you may start it fromLydirlona in Mor Dhona (X:22.3, Y:6.8).

Now, as a level 80 or higher crafter or gatherer, findTheopauldin in Old Sharlayan (X:13.8, Y:15.0)and accept the quest’A Request of One’s Own'. Follow this short quest to unlock Custom Deliveries for Margrat.
How To Complete Margrat Custom Deliveries
You can complete Custom Deliveries for Margrat as alevel 80 or higher crafter, gatherer, or fisher. To start, look over that week’s requested items. Items you deliver to Margrat are graded based on their Collectibility; thehigher the Collectibility, themore Scrips, gil, and experienceyou’ll gain.
Additionally, each item you deliver will raise your Satisfaction level with Margrat. As this level rises, she’ll require different items to be delivered. You can make at mostsix Deliveries to a single NPC each week.
Crafted items can be made using materials offered byR’dhyanki at Labyrinthos (X:20.3, Y:20.4). Gathetered and fished items can be found all over the world, so use your respective logs to determine where to find them.
