How To Get The Melting Away Hidden Achievement
This achievement will require you to fight and defeat aCryo Cicin Mage without defeating any of her three Cicins. This is theonly way of defeating herthat will grant the achievement.
Where To Find A Cryo Cicin Mage
There aresix spotsin the mountain where these lively maidens can be found. They willrespawn in these positions every 24 hours.They are allrelatively close to teleport waypoints. However, you should be careful with the location you choose, as some of them arenowhere near sources of heat.If you’re able to’t make quick work of them, you will want to choose locations where you can havetorches or cooking pots nearby.
The locations nearSnow-Covered Path,Entombed City - Outskirts,and thevery edge Southeastof the mountain are themost convenient locationsfor finding mages near accessible heat sources.
Fortunately, these mobs areusually found by themselves, so you won’t need to worry about strategizing while fighting too many enemies at once. Pick one location,defeat the mage while her Cicins are on the field, and enjoy your new achievement and thefive primogem reward.
How To Defeat The Cryo Cicin Mage
There are afew patterns to the Cryo Cicin Mage’s fighting stylethat you will need to observe if you want to defeat her quickly yet methodically enough to be able to get the achievement. Besidesshooting Cryo projectilesas her first attack, she will quicklysummon three Cicinsthat will deal small amounts of Cryo damage individually, and a stronger attack when they come together.She will alsosummon a very thick and resistant cryo shieldsoon after, effectivelyprotecting her from physical damage. If you lower her shield’s resistance, theCicins will charge the bar back up, so you want to be quick when trying to break her shield.If you get too close to her, or after a few seconds of being locked in combat, she willdeploy ice spikes that rise up from the ground, dealing AoE Cryo damage.
If you accidentally defeat a Cicin in the fight, don’t fret.Just clear out the other two and wait for her to summon them again.
The condition will be met as long asthree Cicins are on the fieldwhen she is defeated.

How To Get The Great Snowboar King Hidden Achievements

While that is already a good enough reason to face off with this titanic boar, there are actuallytwo more hidden achievements that you can get out of this fight.
Chill Out! Achievement
This achievement requires that youdefeat The Great Snowboar King specifically while he is in berserker mode. This will make him aneven tougher opponent, so you should make sure you prepare accordingly before you engage him.The Great Snowboar Kingwill not go into berserker mode during a regular fight, so you will have totrigger this statebyclimbing anywherethat would put youout of his reach. Since he is in a small valley, you can justclimb any mountain walland that will do the trick.While he is in his berserker mode, he will frantically jump around,causingAoE Cryo damage from falling snow. He will alsocharge at the character more viciouslyonce the character is on the ground again.The falling snow willland in random placesand you will havejust a short few moments to dodge, so ranged attacks will probably not cut it.Defeat him before this form expiresand you willget the Chill Out! achievementand the correspondingfive primogems, just don’t say you weren’t warned ifhis strengthsurprises you.
The Hunter Becomes the Hunted Achievement
Getting cut down by a boar can be pretty embarrassing. (Yes, that is from experience).However, in this case,that is exactly what you want. How To Get the Cryo Hypostasis Hidden Achievements
Overworld bosses are agreat source of many exclusive materials.Most of them also havereally unique battle mechanics.The Cryo Hypostasis is one such boss, given that itcan only be unlockedafter finishing themain Dragonspine storyline. As you would expect, this tricky enemy has some aces up its (metaphorical) sleeve, and for those with enough time and patience, it also hassome hidden achievements to claim.
Knee-Deep Snow Achievement
This is perhapsone of the longest battlesyou will have. Getting this achievement requires that youfight the Cryo Hypostasis long enough for it to respawn three times(or more).Make sure youpace your damageto allow the respawns to happen. They are timed, so you simply need todrag out the fight.After it has respawned for the third time, you cansimply defeat it as normal, then the achievement will be yours to claim, along withfive primogems.
A Single Night’s Work Achievement
This achievement will also require you tofight and beat the Cryo Hypostasis. However, to earn it, you must specificallydefeat it while it’s in its weakened form.To know exactly when to strike, you must knowthe mechanics of the Cryo Hypostasis’ fighting style.
