Like its predecessor,Blasphemous 2has more than one ending for you to experience that is determined by your actions throughout the game. However, unlike the first installment in the series, Blasphemous 2 only has two endings, which can be accessed in the same save file, no matter which one you decide to tackle first.

While there isn’t an overly complex ending to seek out like the ‘C’ one in the first game, you will still have to put in quite a bit of work to see the best ending you can get in the game, essentially forcing you to partake in everything the game has to offer to unlock it.
Blasphemous 2: Ending B Guide (Default Ending)
Ending Bislikely the ending you will get your first time throughBlasphemous 2, having it more or less serve as the game’s ‘Default’ ending. This endinghas no complex steps or requirements,making it the best to get out of the way first.
Before we get into how to get it, we should point out thatgetting Ending B will not lock you out of Ending A.Upon beating the game, youwill be kicked out to the main menu, allowing you to select your save file again, which will place you just before the bossencounter.

From here, you canperform all the steps needed to unlock Ending A,allowing you to see both endings within the same save file. So there’sno need to worry about missing out on either ending,asboth are accessible to you no matter which one you sought out first.
As you can see,Ending B is a linear pathway through the game’s many Dungeons. There are11 Bosses total in Blasphemous 2,all of which are mandatoryto battle, sofollowing the waypoints on your map will naturally bring you to this ending.

Blasphemous 2: Ending A Guide (Secret/Best Ending)
Unlike Ending B,Ending A is much more involved,having youcomplete various tasks that can be pretty time-consuming and sometimes frustrating.To unlock Ending A, youmust first acquire four unique Altarpieces of Favor,which we will outline how to do in the section below!
You must also clear all the Dungeons up to Incarnate Devotion before tackling Ending A. We recommend clearing Ending B before attempting Ending A, as you will have every area unlocked and all bosses defeated!

Ending A: Altarpieces Of Favor Slots
After acquiringall four Altarpieces of Favor,you mustplace them into specific Slotsbefore moving on to the next step. While youwon’t need all Slots unlocked,youwill need to have at least one Slot unlocked in the bottom right quadrantfor this to work!
If equipped in the right Slots,the Altarpieces of Favor will turn to solid gold,indicating that they are placed in their proper spot, allowing you to finally move on to the next step.

Ending A: Incense Of The Envoys
With yoursolid gold Altarpieces of Favor equippedand ready to go,head to the Chapel of the Five Dovesand work your way up to thetop of the room.Thedoor on the rightthat was previously shut tight will now be wide open.
Head into the roomandstand in front of the brazierin the center.Interact with it to torch all four Altarpieces of Favoryou’ve worked so hard to get for theIncense of the Envoys Key Item.With this item in your possession, you can move on to the final step of this ending!
Ending A: Incarnate Devotion
Now that you have theIncense of the Envoys,travel toCrimson Rainsandhead into the arena where you defeated Eviterno(if you haven’t beaten him yet, do so now, then proceed with the following steps).
Interact with Eviterno’s corpse and select the following options:
After offering the Incense of the Envoys,you willbegin the boss encounter against Incarnate Devotion.This encounter will beidentical to Ending B’s,which is a bit underwhelming. However, youwill get an entirely new cutscene that plays out upon defeating them.
Finishing the cutscene willspit you back out into the main menu. Loading your save file up will place you just outside of the boss roomwith theIncense of the Envoys still in your inventory.If youstill need to get Ending B,you canDeny giving the Incense of the Envoysbefore the encounter!
