While fighting him, you might notice he wears a special crown, which may make you wonder if there is any chance that you’re able to get it. Luckily, there is a way for that.
How To Get The Crown Of The Red Prince
First, ensure you’re inLosomn, specifically in theGilded Chambers, where you willencounter the Red Prince for the first time.
Before you battle him, ensureyou obtain theAssassin Dagger melee weapon,notjust the Quest Item.
If you’re following theCouncil Chamber quest, you’ll eventually acquire theAssassin Dagger Quest Item. However,don’t return it to the council members.
Instead, take it toNimue and use it to craft the Assassin Dagger Melee Weapon.
Now that you have the weapon,return to where the Red Princeis and initiate a fight with him.
Fight him as you normally would, but justbefore his health reaches zero,deliver the final blow using the Assassin Dagger.
By doing this, you’ll receive theCrown of The Red Princeas a reward, along with theForlorn Fragment.
The Forlorn Fragment is a crafting material used to create theFirestorm Weapon Modat McCabe’s workshop.
The Crown Of The Red Prince Overview
The Crown of the Red Prince isa lightweight head armorrenowned for offeringhigh head protection, unlike other helmets.
This helmet isnot part of any particular armor set.
It stands out for itsexcellent resistance against Fire and Blight, but it has some drawbacks,reducing your defenses against Bleed, Shock, and Toxin.
