When you first begin playingFae Farm, you’ll only have a single house in your new hometown of Azoria, but it won’t be long before story progression unlocks new homes to call your own. And when any of those homes begin to feel a bit cramped, call on Aspen the Carpenter to make them bigger.

In exchange for both Florins and the building materials he’ll need, Aspen will happily expand the size of any of your Fae Farm homes in the span of just a single night. For help planning your upcoming house expansions in Fae Farm, read on ahead.

How To Upgrade Your Houses In Fae Farm
Though you begin with only the one house at yourHomesteadwhen you first start playing Fae Farm, throughout the game, you’ll unlockseveral additional housesas you work through the story and uncover Azoria’s map.
You canunlock additional housesin the following locations:
And when you’re ready for a little more space in any of those houses,Aspenthe Carpenter inCentral Townis your guy. Select“Carpentry Services”and then“Upgrade Home.”
Additionally, once you’ve unlocked and cleared theFae Realm, you’ll meetLorimdal, who provides thesame service as Aspen for the same price.
You’ll see a map of Azoria with your various houses highlighted.Select a houseto see what you’ll need for its upgrades.
A master of all things woodworking, Aspen canupgrade your house in exchange for both Florin and the materialto do so.
Provide him with these things, and he’ll get to work immediately so thatyour house upgrade will be ready the following day.
As such, Aspen can provideone house upgrade per day, regardless of whether you’ve got the material for more.
When you wake up the next morning, the furniture in your house will still be right where you left it, but you’ll noticea few more squares of spaceon either side of the room after each upgrade.
As you continue to build up your house,upgrades naturally become more expensive and include more involved numbers of resourcesas it grows.
If you like how one house is coming out better, or you just want a change of scenery, you canchange your default homeby simplyinteracting with your bed.
Choosing a different default means you’llwake up in the house where your default bed is. Your stats the following day will reflect the coziness of the home in which you wake up.
Every House Upgrade
Aspen is able to upgrade each house in Fae Farm a couple of times before he’s finished making them as big as possible, so here’s what you’ll need for each Fae Farm house upgrade.

The carpenters tend to need progressively more complicated materials for your upgrades, so check back in as you unlock new regions and resources in Fae Farm to see what they can do for you with them.
