To add friends and invite them to your game, you’ll need to configure a few settings first. These are simple processes, and you can have everything set up in just a few steps. After these steps, all that remains is to grab your weapons and start battling. Let’s examine how to play with friends.
How To Play With Friends
To play Battlefield 2042 with your friends, firstlaunch the game. Then, from themain menu,click on the Social tabin the bottom right corner of your screen. This is where you can manage your friends.
The Social tab has two sections,Party/FriendsandInvitations, each serving the following purposes:
Your friends who play on the same platform as you
Any friends that you’ve added through EA Services
People you’ve played with recently
People you’ve blocked
Search for friends
You canadd friends in two different ways. The first is toadd someone you have played with recently, and the other is toadd anyone you want with an EA Account ID.
To add someone you’ve played with recently, click on theParty/Friendstab. Then, head toRecent Playersandselect the player’s nameyou wish to add from the list. ChooseView Profileand clickSend Friend Request.
To add anyone else you want, click on theInvitationstab. Then,type the EA Account ID of the playeryou want to add in theSearch for Friends boxon the right. Finally, after selecting the player’s name,click on Add Friend.
Once your sent invitations are accepted, you’ll findyour new friendslistedin your friends list on theParty/Friendsscreen. you’re able to then participate in the matches with your friends by inviting them to your party.
How To Invite Players to Your Party
After adding your friends, you caninvite them to your partyand join the matches together. All you need to do ischoose the players you want from your friends listin theSocial tabandinvite them to join your party.
You can also check the party invitations you have sent from theParty Invites tabinInvitations.
You can invite up to four players to your party.
Is There Crossplay In Battlefield 2042?
Yes, Battlefield 2042 has crossplay. This featureenables you to connect and play with friends,regardless of the platformthey use. you may enable this feature at the beginning of the game or later through the settings.
You cannot enable or disable crossplay when a member of a party, during matchmaking, or after joining a server.
