While your average arcade visit may be cause for excitement, the Lorenzini Arcade inLies of Pis…not so much. As the foggy morning hangs over Krat, you’ll venture through the echo of life within one of the city’s most popular attractions overcome with death and decay.
Puppets and carcasses in equal measure will stand in your way. Fighting through the hordes will be no easy task, but the real challenge will be finding your way through the complex halls of broken shops and barricades to find the real goal: the Grand Exhibition.

How To Find The Lorenzini Arcade
After speaking with Geppetto at the back of the Estella Opera House Stage, you cancontinue through the Charity Market Path. This section is extremely streamlined with very few points of deviation from the main path.
As long as you continue down the main path, you’ll eventually find yourself at the Lorenzini Arcade.

However, there area few key itemson the main path to keep your eye on (in order):
On the right of the first plaza under a lamp.
Gemini’s Emergency Protection
Across the first plaza from the Cluster Grenade in a shaded corner.
Radiant Ergo Fragment
Inside a building on the right behind a butler puppet banging its hand on the wall.
Attribute Purification Ampoule
At the top of a metal fire escape on the left side of the road.
Crescent Moonstone
Down one set of stairs past the fire escape and behind you to the alcove on the right. Guarded by a maid sitting on the ground.
Thermite
Down the second set of stairs by a gate and a cart.
Dim Ergo Chunk
Under a market stand on the left side of the road.
Above the market stand area in a chest.
On the left side of the Lorenzini Arcade plaza beside a broken, wooden barricade and a shop.
Saw Blade and Fable Catalyst

In front of the Lorenzini Arcade doors on corpses being desecrated by saw dogs.
Additionally, while many of the enemies on the way will be mostly standard maid and butler puppets, there is anew type of enemy: saw dog puppets.

These operate similarly to normal dog puppets, but there’s the added caveat of havingtheir heads replaced with a large saw.If struck while this saw is spinning, you’ll gain the condition: Break.
While this condition is active, your Pulse Cells will heal far less of their normal charge. Do not attempt to use these Pulse Cells if there is any build-up on your Break meter.

One notable section on your path is themarket stand area. There is aladder on the right side of the road, allowing you to gain access above the market.
Following this path around, you’ll finda chestat the end containing theClock Sword, a balanced weapon (Motivity and Technique C).

As you leave the market stand area, a strong, headless puppet will be on guard inside the tunnel. It’s best to lead it out into the stand area for more fighting room.
The next plaza will contain apair of doors marked with white paintbeneath the Lorenzini Arcade sign. You canopen this doorto enter.

How To Find The Lorenzini Arcade First Floor Key
Entering the arcade, you’ll finallyencounter carcassesfor the first time since the Malum District. There isone that will jump from the store windowsin the first hallwayon the right side.
YourArcade Stargazercan be found directly ahead in the center chamber. We will return to this Stargazer for the entirety of your time here.

Gostraight aheaddown a hallway down the hallway that looks devoid of enemies. You should notice a store sign on the right with plants called “Clemence.”
Down this hall, alobster carcass(the strong enemy from the Red Lobster in the Malum District) willdrop from the ceiling.Defeat it by sticking behind him as much as possible.

There is a room on the left side here with two corpses inside guarding a Radiant Ergo Fragment.
TheKey to the First Floorcan be foundon a corpsebehind this enemy and beside a fallen sign for “Clemence.”

Return to the Stargazer, taking a break if you need, andgo down the path to your left. There should be an enemy at the end of the hall wandering within sight.
Two normal carcasses will burst through the store windowson either side of the hall near the end.
Thenew enemyin the final chamber (accompanied by an extra normal carcass standing on top of the boxes nearby) is adecay carcass. This headless abominationsprays Decayeverywhere and boasts a high stagger resistance.
It is easily dispatched with some well-timed hits, however. After it’s defeated, you canopen the nearby gateand open the way to the rest of the first floor.
How To Open The First Shortcut: Clemence’s
From the gate, there is a large hole in the floor ahead and one in the wall near it to the left. Anormal carcass will crawl up from the floor hole, but thereal danger is on the left.
There is abloodsucker carcass, named for itsquick dash and grabof your character. It will hold you as it attaches its stinger to your back and begins to drain you of your vitality.
Keep your distancefrom it until its dash is completed and defeat it quickly. If caught, this carcass can deal massive amounts of damage.
In the next roomthrough the hole on the left, there are severalhanging bags of decayfrom the ceiling and a second bloodsucker carcass on the floor.
The bags of decayhold new enemiesas well. When they hit the floor, exploding carcasses will appear. These enemiesdetonate with a range of Decay after they are defeated.
We recommend sticking to one side of the room against the wall, limiting the number of enemies that drop from the ceiling.
Through this room, there is agunk carcass on your left. Run across theledge on the right sideto reach and defeat it (a Vivid Ergo Fragment on the way).
Although our main objective is downstairs, ignore it for now andcontinue into the next roomon the right.
There is a room with three strong dummy puppets and a new type of butterfly:the Golden Butterfly.
Defeating itdrops a Half Moonstone.Beware, however, that itreleases bursts of energy to repel youif you attempt to strike itwith a strong attack(only use normal attacks).
Half Moonstones are required to upgrade your normal weapons to +7 and above.
In the final room at the top is only one strong headless puppet and aStardust Fragment.
When you’re done here, return to where the gunk carcass was standing guard. Take the ramp under it to abasement area flooded with red liquidwhere you’ll see yourfirst miniboss.
This is the same miniboss that patrolled the warehouse area of the Malum District. Defeating it will reward you with theLADA F250 Frame.
We recommend baiting it out of the cellar area for the maximum amount of visibility and room. A good place to bring it is the room with the stairs and hanging bags of decay. You can use the stairs as a jumping-off point to gimp this miniboss.
The basement is only flooded with wine, so touching it is completely harmless.Venture down hereafter the miniboss is defeated to grab aFable Catalystto the left of the stairs and then venture to thefar right side of this area through a pair of open doors.
In the room upstairs, there is a"Monad Charity House Concert" posterto collect. The door to the outside isguarded by a patrolling decay carcass.
You cannot go through the gate to the left yet, socontinue down the path on the right, grabbing aGemini’s Iron Protectionon the crates on the right side.
Up the stairs, you’ll eventually find a hall patrolled by anothernew enemy: giant carcasses.
These enemies areextremely large and deal dangerously high amounts of damageif they hit you. Thankfully, they’revery slow.
We recommend defeating them with Flamberge and taking your time, waiting for them to finish attacks or combos before making your own attacks. If you need a break, you can back up through the door you entered in to have them leave.
Beware of the bags of decay on the ceiling. They hold exploding carcasses in them. One is just above an item on the left side of the hall (the Dark moon Moonstone of the Covenant).
After defeating both of the giant carcasses, you cancontinue down the hallwhere more normal carcasses are patrolling.
As you reach the large iron doors at the end of the path, you’ll find anopen door into a building on the left side.Enter, and you’ll find a garden area.
Inside this area,you can find:
How To Find The Spear Of Honor And Alchemical Booster
After stopping by the Stargazer to rest,go through Clemence’sto the second shortcut door and through the hall of giant carcasses.
Continue downstairsuntil you reachthe gate on the far side of the hallwe couldn’t open earlier. Your key will unlock the door.
Inside, a gunk carcass can be found alone in the first room. From here, we’lllook rightto a hall filled withDecay in a gas form.
Several decay carcasses patrol in here.
We recommend usingAttribute Resistance Ampoulesfor this area.
Attack the big globs of Decayon the ground to clear areas of this gas. They will grow back, so you’ll have to move through this area quickly or wait to destroy the globs a second time.
ADimensional Butterflycan be found in the hallway’s initial straight stretch. It will lead you toward more decay carcasses and a bloodsucker.Defeat it quicklyto avoid being caught in a trap and to earn aDark moon Moonstone of the Covenant.
In the final room of this hall, there isanother decay carcass(two, if you count the one waiting in the far hallway) and alobster carcass.Asecond Dimensional Butterflyflutters around here.
Defeat all enemies and the Dimensional Butterfly. The latter drops anAlchemical Boosterwhile the safe in the final room contains theSpear of Honor, a Technique weapon (B).
The Alchemist Booster speeds up the growth of Gold Coin Fruit on the tree in Hotel Krat.
Leaving the hall, open the shortcut gateon the far end of the nearby hall to reach the area near where you opened the door to the underground passage.
Go back through the gateinto the underground passage area startwhere you initially encountered the gunk carcass.
How To Open The Second Shortcut And Defeat The Joker Miniboss
Instead of going through the passage down the right to the hall of gaseous Decay,go leftnow until you spya set of stairs on the left side(guarded by two normal carcasses).
Go up these stairs to open ashortcutback to the first floor near the Stargazer.
We highly recommend resting at the Stargazer at this point.
Go back down the stairsandthrough the gaseous mist on the leftto defeat one decay carcass and take theElectric Blitz Canisterat the dead end.
Return to the storefront door andenter the room.
There are no enemies in here, so pick up the “greatest show on Earth is coming!” posterand theCrescent Moonstonesafely.
Before continuing, ensure you have a full loadout of your preferred throwable items equipped in your belt.
Down the stairsfrom this room, there is a wine cellar with gates holding back carcasses. There’s nothing you can do with them for now, but look ahead to awall of wine caskscarefully.
You may notice a pair of red eyes behind them. This is theJoker miniboss, perhaps themost dangerous miniboss in the entire game.
As you near, he willburst through the wine barrelswith a jumping attack.
He strikes hard, and backpedaling doesn’t help due tohis ability to use Puppet String. If it catches you, it will pull you into his barrage of downward attacks.
The best thing to do in this fight is touse the pillars in the room to your advantage. These pillars will prevent him from using his Puppet String while allowing you chances to heal.
The Joker’s attacks deal Break as well. Do not attempt to heal while your Break meter is on the screen as this will waste your Pulse Cells.
At some point, either by time or when enough damage is dealt (approximately after 10 percent of his health), thegates of the nearby cages will opento let the carcasses out.
Thecarcasses will attack both you and the Joker indiscriminately- whoever is closer. It’s best to give them space to attack him, taking a moment to heal when your Break meter is empty.
Although he is no boss, we dorecommend the following tipsto defeat this difficult challenge:
This may take you several tries to master, but when you do, you’ll be rewarded with the Hunter’s Amulet.
Equipping this amulet raises your gain of Ergo after defeating enemies.
In the back of the wine cellar past where the Joker leapt from, you’ll find theLa Bleiwies Wine(forthe Old Lady’s questline) and aBalance Crank.
Go up the stairsto find a room where you may see only two carcasses. Athird will burst through the crateon the left side.
Past this room, ignore the carcass through the bars on the right andgo up the stairsto the main arcade.
Look right, and you’ll find theshortcut gates back to the Stargazer. Rest here in preparation for your journey to the Grand Exhibition through the white-painted door at the end of the far hall.
