This comes amid rumours of Metal Gear Solid 4 getting some kind of re-release, and if David Hayter is back in the studio for it, it might be getting some pretty big overhauls. Mortal Kombat 1is adding a new feature calledkameos. These are essentially the tower modifiers of past games that you summon with the d-pad, only now they can add to kombos and even perform fatalities. So far, they’ve all been in-house characters, such as Sonya and Frost, but Brazillian retail chain Casas Bahia has revealed that we can expect guest fighters to appear as kameos as well. “Kameo fighters are assist kharacters that appear when you press a button to give your opponent a blow,” the page reads, as translated by Reddit user jamiegorevan....

Despite being a steadfast Persona fan (I have a tattoo of the Phantom Thieves logo!), I initially wasn’t too excited aboutPersona 5 Tactica. My only real exposure to TRPG games was Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, which is a more basic version of the genre and wasn’t my favorite anyway. But I love Persona 5’s expressive cast – maybe best of all the rag-tag groups of teens I’ve dungeon-crawled with – I love cute Chibi art, and I love a chance to get to play with the Phantom Thieves once again....

He casts cure wounds, the odd illusion, and, though never successful, vicious mockery. It’s… dull, frankly. I love the campaign and the nights spent adventuring, but my class always felt half-baked, the best moments coming from the limitless possibilities of minor illusions, conjuring up mating horses that would fizzle away at the slightest touch to distract enemies....

Nintendo has finally decided to give us more information on the standalone Princess Peach game that it revealing earlier this year, announcing a confirmed title as well as an official release date during the latest Nintendo Direct. During the show, it was revealed that the game is calledPrincess Peach: Showtime!and will be launching next year on March 22. Just like the title suggests, Princess Peach’s Showtime! will feature Peach as the star in her first standalone console title....
