Summary Given thatFallout 4offered a total of ten potential romantic partners, fans were understandably disappointed to discover thatStarfieldincludes only four by comparison. In Fallout, the options ranged from long-term relationships with trusted companions to dates with a former actress’s brain in a combat robot. Starfield’s options, however, all come from Constellation, a faction that every player will join as part of the game’s main story. With Starfield expanding its scope from a traditional game map to an expansive procedural universe, it seems improbable that so few should be eligible partners, especially to a dashing and heroic space captain such as yourself....

CocoonandBaldur’s Gate 3are about as different as games get. The only similarity I can think of is that the indie puzzler from Geometric Interactive and the robust triple-A role-playing game fromLarian Studiosshare a similar camera perspective, I guess? But that isometric viewpoint is where the similarities begin and end. But, as I continue my lengthy playthrough of Baldur’s Gate 3, I’ve found the succinct puzzle game to be a welcome antidote....

Nintendo has announced thatMario Kart 8 Deluxewill getting its final wave of new race courses later this year, and that it will finally be adding longtime fan-requested character Diddy Kong. Not only that, but he’ll be joined by Funky Kong, Pauline, and Peachette. Nintendo didn’t announce a release date for these course or characters, but they will be dropping at some point this holiday season. As for the actual race courses, only the one was shown off during this announcement, that being Daisy Circuit which was first introduced in Mario Kart Wii....
