The three new colors you can apply to yourPS5are red, blue, and silver. Okay, that’s not technically true. Calling those colors that would be a little bland, and credit to PlayStation, these accessories deserve better than that. The colors are actually Volcanic Red, Cobalt Blue, and Sterling Silver. There are no bundles available at present, so if you want your PS5 and itsDualSenseto match, you will need to buy a cover and a controller.

While there are already a few official alternates to the base white that your PS5 has as a default, these are the first accessories that make your console and its controllers look shiny. You will need to wait to actually get your hands on them though, and the wait you’ll experience very much depends on the color you’re after. The Volcanic Red and Cobalt Blue accessories will ship on November 3, so not long to wait at all and here well in time for the holidays.

PS5 Deep Earth Console Cover

PlayStation’s Deep Earth collection has been designed so players can give their PS5s a shiny new makeover. The covers are available in Volcanic Red, Sterling Silver, and Cobalt Blue.

Sterling Silver fans will need to settle in for a little longer even though pre-orders for the third color have gone live at the same time. Arguably the shiniest option in the Deep Earth collection, making it the shiniest official option for your PS5 overall, the Sterling Silver covers and Dualsense won’t ship until June 07, 2025. It’s also worth noting that the links above will take you to the covers for the regular PS5 but covers for the digital console are only a click away from there.

PS5 Deep Earth DualSense Controller

PlayStation’s Deep Earth collection has added three new colors to choose from for your PS5. All three have matching DualSense controllers too, available in Volcanic Red, Cobalt Blue, and Sterling Silver.

While it doesn’t seem likely the Deep Earth collection will be as popular asthe Spider-Man PS5 covers and DualSense, you probably don’t want to delay if you do plan on picking up some of these new accessories. Speaking of Spidey, the covers have been restocked occasionally,as has the DualSense, so worth checking back every now and again if you’ve still not managed to find any.
