Decrepit Rune
Trade the Ravenous Medallionat the Nightweaver’s Webfor the Decrepit Rune.
Ravenous Medallioncan be found in the Kitchen area of the Great Hall at Losomn.

Tormented Heart
Trade the Override Pin at Nightweaver’s Web for the Tormented Heart.
Override Pincan be found in one of the towers at Timeless Horizon in N’Erud.

20% Mod damage.
50% effect enhancement of Faerin’s Sigil and Faelin’s Sigil per Sigil equipped.
Faelin’s Sigil: Acquired from Faelin after defeating Faerin.
Faerin’s Sigil:Acquired from Faerinafter defeating Faelin.
