Mr. Hands offers plenty of gigs for you to complete inCyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. One of them is called Dogtown Saints. It’s about a doctor who is trapped inside his clinic surrounded by gang members with a gun pointed at his head. This sounds like a setup for a classic heroic rescue. Yet, heroism is complicated in the world of Cyberpunk.
Most situations are morally grey, including the one featured in this gig. After all, Anderson perhaps deserves to be under threat. You still have to go in and find him, though. But what will you do then? Here are the consequences of your answer and a walkthrough of the entire quest.
Meet With Odell Blanco
The first thing you need to do for this gig ismeet with Mr. Hands’s client.He isnear the center of Dogtown, just west of the Luxor High Wellness Spa.
Gotalk to him.
Get Inside The Clinic
The man you’re supposed to save isbeing held at the clinic across the street from Odell Blanco.
You can attempt to go through the front doorif your body attribute is high enough. Otherwise, you have tofind another way in.
A good option isthe door around the back of the building.Yet, this means sneaking or fighting your way past several goons.
Alternatively, you can climb the scaffoldingon the left side of the building to get through the broken window.Once again, though, there are people around that can stop you.
Find Anderson
Once you’re inside the clinic, you mustreach Anderson’s office.
Naturally, there are a bunch of enemies in the building. You have to take them out or sneak by.
The office is down in the basement.So,head past the altar and through the door next to it.Then, godown the stairs.
At the bottom, you will find a few more foes to get past.
While in the basement,climb the small set of stairs and go through the door.
Then, you willfind Anderson’s office on your left.
Side With Nika Or Anderson
When you open the door, you will finda woman called Nika pointing a gun at Anderson, wanting to know where her brother is.
It turns out the sibling is dead, and Anderson wants to use his parts to help other patients. As Anderson technically killed him, you can understand why Nika isn’t happy with the whole situation.
You mustdecide to either side with Nika or Anderson.
Side With Nika
If you don’t want to stop Nika, say,“Everyone chill"when you enter the room.
Then, select the dialog options that put you on Nika’s side, such as"Just tell her, doc,” “Go help yourself,” “You killed him for parts?” and “Give Nika her brother.”
This results inAnderson letting Nika have what is left of her brother.
You thenspeak with Anderson for a bit before leaving the clinic using the elevatorright outside his office.
Before leaving, you can speak with Nika, who’s in the next room, crying over he brother’s body.
Thegig finishes once you get outside, but you still receive a call from Mr. Hands, and you may update Odell Blanco on the situation if you want.
Side With Anderson
Siding with Anderson means killing Nika.To do this, you candraw your weapon at any time and attack her.
There isa dedicated dialog option to draw your weapon,but you don’t need to wait for that to appear.
Either way,you must kill her and talk to Anderson.
Following that conversation,use the elevator outside his officeto reach ground level and exit the clinic.
This iswhere the quest ends, but you do get a final conversation with Mr. Hands and you can talk to Odell Blanco if you wish.
