The Settled Systems ofStarfieldare filled to the brim with side quests to keep you busy during your adventures. Various side quests begin as random encounters, or start when you overhear a conversation between people you walk past.

As you go through Akila City, you might overhear a conversation that leads to you begin the “Beer Run” side quest. you’re able to also start the quest by talking to Sarah Filburn in the Weston Filburn house in Akila City’s residential district. She’ll vent about her husband’s new beer brewing hobby, and here’s what you can do to help.

How To Sabotage The Batch Of Beer

Sarah thinks herhusband’s interest in brewing beeris distracting him from growing his agricultural company for the good of the whole Settled Systems.She wants you to sabotage her husband’s newest batch of beerto refocus his priorities. You will need totamper with the silos where the beer is being brewed.

Weston Filburn’s house is right next to theFilburn Agricultural Systems warehouse, and you’ll want toget to the opposite side of it. Look forthe recreation field, where there is a large soccer field and other equipment lying around.

Near the gate to the recreation field, you’ll seea small fenced in areawith a few of Filburn Agricultural’s silos. Inside here, there isa computer you need to access.There will be three actions you can take for the current batch of beer:

Choose either to increase the temperature or IBU, and you’ll be right on your way tosuccessfully sabotaging Weston’s new beer.

If you choose to increase the alcohol content,this will not ruin the batch of beer. Essentially,this will mean failing the quest.

Wait One Day For The Beer Tasting

To officially see the results of your choice, you need towait one full daybefore heading to the bar where the beer is being tasted. You canwait 24 hours on any chairor bench you find around Akila City.

Next, you shouldmake your way to the bar at Stoneroot Inn. Go to theMidtown area of Akila City, which is on the opposite side of town from the recreation field. It’s in thesame area as Sinclair’s Books and the Sanctum Universumbuilding.

Hang out in the bar untilthe owner and another patron start to talk about the batch of beer, and wait until you hear them say whether they will continue to invest in it or not. As long asyou chose to increase the temperature or IBU,they will not like the beerenough to stock it.

Return to tell Sarah the newsto finish the quest. She’ll give yousome credits as a reward, and you’ll getexperience for completing a quest.

Alternate Way To Finish Beer Run

There is actuallyanother way to complete the “Beer Run” quest in Starfield.Sarah’s husband, Weston, has been brewing beer with his brother, Henry. If youdon’t want to support Sarah’s plan to sabotage the batch of beer, you can reveal her plans instead.

You will need tofind Henry Filburn in his homeand snitch on Sarah’s plans.Henry’s house is also in the residential district, and you canfind it by heading rightafter you leave Weston Filburn’s home.

Talking with him about the batch of beerwill bring the quest to a close, andyou’ll receive credits and experienceas well.

The main difference between each way to end this quest is thattalking with Henry will reward you with slightly more credits. So, it’s ultimately up to you to decide how you want this plot to play out.
