Summary
V Risingis an open-world, survival crafting game where you play as the bad guy. There are a variety of quests for you to complete and resources to gather, but if you’ve been playing for a while, you may yearn for more, and that’s okay!
There are a lot of mod options available for V Rising, and in this list, we are going to take a look at some of the best that you can download. It’s important to note that all of these modscome from the Thunderstore, and most require additional mods, likeBloodstone, which provides the framework for other mods to run correctly.

8Sanguis
Have you ever been playing V Rising and thought, “I wish this game had daily log-in bonuses”. Well, with the Sanguis mod, you can get just that. By logging in and staying logged in for a period of time, you can earn the tititular Sanguis.
This can then be traded in for items in the game. Mods like this work great for larger servers with several people. This can provide motivation to log in and play! The amount of Sanguis can be configured as well, giving you some customization options.

7BloodyBoss
There is a set number ofbosses in V Risingand in total, there are a lot of them. If you are looking for something more though, BloodyBoss is a unique mod that lets you create your own world bosses.
These unique bosses can be tweaked in terms of statistics and nature (friendly towards other bosses, etc), and will drop random loot when defeated. This adds a fun new aspect to V Rising on servers where most bosses have already been taken down.

6CrimsonQuest
There are journal quests that you can complete in order to progress in the story of V Rising, but there are no reoccurring quests that can be completed daily or weekly. Thankfully, this is possible with the CrimsonQuest mod.
While the mod is still being worked on, you may download it and configure daily/weekly quests, such as ones to defeat certain V Blood carriers or get a certain amount of PvP kills. Mods like CrimsonQuest and Sanguis are great to add some variation to your gameplay.

5CrimsonMoon
Blood Moons are great, right? Sometimes, they can be a bit unpredictable, especially if you are all ready to hunt down a strong V Blood Carrier and just need the extra powers from the moon. With CrimsonMoon, you no longer have to wait.
This mod gives you the ability tosummon Blood Moonsat Sacrificial Altars. By default, the Blood Moon can be summoned by giving three Primal Blood Essence to the altar. These are made by crafting with either four Exquisite Hearts or eight Greater Blood Essence.

4AutoBrazier
Lights are on all the time in V Rising, but that doesn’t have to always be the case. When daylight comes, sunlight will stream in through your castle windows, so the extra candlelight may be unnecessary.
The AutoBrazier mod will automatically turn off lights during the day and then turn them back on when night begins. This is a very simple mod, but little details like this can make the game feel more realistic and cozy.

3CoffinSleep
CoffinSleep is a straightforward mod that proves to be extremely useful. In the vanilla version of V Rising, sleeping in your coffin does not speed up time, but with CoffinSleep, it will. Now, you’re able to take your vampiric slumber in peace knowing that the world around you is moving a bit faster.
This will affect things such as production and respawn times, as well as the length of your servant’s hunt. If a Blood Moon does happen to occur while you are sleeping, time will stop moving fast, giving you a chance to wake up and get to slaying.

2BetterMissions
Once you get at least one servant, you can begin to send them out on missions. These missions aren’t the most customizable, but the BetterMissions mod can help with that. With this, you can tweak missions to fit your liking.
This allows you to do things such as reducing mission time without reducing the amount of items obtained by your servant. Now, you’re able to reap the rewards from servant hunts without needing to wait a full 24 hours. Additionally, BetterMissions is compatible with CoffinSleep, which is incredibly helpful.

1Bloodcraft
Lastly, we have Bloodcraft. This is a unique mod that overhauls a lot of content in the game and adds tons of new features including weapon expertise, leveling, and professions to name a few. Yes, with this mod, you can now have a vampiric profession such as Miner or Fisherman.
Additionally, Bloodcraft adds familiars to the game. These familiars can be a strong enemy that you kill, as well as powerful V Blood Carriers! Overall, Bloodcraft adds much more content, making it one of the best mods out there.
