If you don’t strengthen the bond between these two Tamagotchis, they’ll never grow up, and you’ll be stuck with them as kids until they grow up and get successfully married. Interestingly, the TamagoChu can only form a relationship with one other Tamagotchi, and if connect it to another console, it will ‘break up’ with the other console, and you’ll have to start over.
9Tamagotchi Connection Version 5 Celebrity
Raising a normal Tamagotchi is hard, but a family of celebrity Tamagotchis makes it harder. More than anything, this Tamagotchi Connection Version 5 Celebrity focuses on family bonds, and making sure it’s strong by the end of your care. Seeing this Tamagotchi’s family look disconnected and cold is worse than seeing them sick.

Despite having three characters, you only could check up on one character to determine the status of everybody else in the family. This family also requires a check almost every hour, so it’s not for the busiest gamers out there.

Tamagotchi games usually end with Tamagotchisgetting married and starting a family.Eventually, you care for the baby Tamagotchi that they left in your care. Tamagotchi Connection Version 5 is unique because it explores taking care of a whole Tamagotchi family instead of caring for one Tamagotchi.
You have to keep the family’s connection stronger through games and TV. You have to feed so many mouths to keep them alive because it’s not like the Tamagotchi parents feed their kids. You’ll be responsible for more than one pet, which makes this game trickier than normal.
7Tamagotchi School
Instead of caring for just one family of Tamagotchi, how about an entire school? Bandai’s Tamagotchi School isn’t just about caring for individual Tamagotchis; it’s about running a successful school. A managing game couldn’t be that difficult, or so you’d hope. But you’re not just the defacto principal — you’re also the teacher for this school.

It’s all about maintaining your school’s popularity, so this console isn’t recommended for anybody too busy to play. You’ll need to teach students, play with your students through various subjects, and connect with partner schools. Tamagotchi School will require much more of your focus compared to the normally idle Tamagotchi Nano.
6Devilgotchi (Debirutchi no Tamagotchi)
This Tamagotchi is hard to care for because your pet, the Devilgotchi, will be a pain to care for. Compared to the Angelgotchi that you have to care for as an angel spirit, the Deviltchi is already a bad spirit that you’ll have to keep disciplining. This pet actively makes caring for them a chore, since they’ll hide their health bars or pretend to eat among other things.
You can’t exactly change your pet’s nature, and they’ll be naughty up to the end. All you can do is care for them before they go backto Devil World.
5Tamagotchi Music Star
Have you ever wanted to raise your own idol? Tamagotchi Music Star is a vintage Tamagotchi that lets you raise your own musicians, and it’s your job to make sure that they become popular and successful until they get married and give you a new baby to raise as an idol. It’s strange that they’ll leave you to raise their own kid, but it’s part of the never-ending job of a Tamagotchi parent.

Aside from keeping your pet alive, you’ll have to train them to be great at their musical instrument. You’re not just raising them for them to be normal Tamagotchis, so you’ll have to scold them if they play with their toys too much. Overall, managing a rising star to get them to debut with a band is a difficult job.

Tamagotchi iD L is a Tamagotchi your younger self wishes they had. It’scolorful, cute, and pastel. Compared to vintage Tamagotchis, this one has detailed areas and rooms. Your Tamagotchi isn’t just shut-in one room, and they’re encouraged to make friends with other characters in the console.
But because there are a lot of activities and locations in this console, the Tamagotchi iD L won’t be the best for a busy person who has to check up on a toy frequently. you’re able to’t neglect your Tamagotchi iD L the way your younger self could, but if you could, then it’s best not to leave your Tamagotchi friend alone for too long without food or games.
3Genjintch Tamagotchi
One of the most challenging Tamagotchis you will ever have to care for is a Tamagotchi that needs to be saved from evolving in reverse. You read that right, the Genjintch Tamagotchi doesn’t want you to neglect your character because it will never grow up.

This seems like a lesser punishment to death, but it’s taxing because it means that your pet won’t grow up and leave you if you don’t give it consistent care. It’s also a punishment to you since getting your Tamagotchi to evolve to its initial form will take more time than it initially did.
2Tamagotchi Garden (Mori De Hakken! Tamagotchi)
This game isn’tabout gardening, but it’s set in a forest where you’ll care for a Mushitchi. Caring for the Mushitchi gradually becomes difficult as your pet gets older. Like the Genjitch Tamagotchi, the Tamagotchi Garden also has a de-evolution mechanism that happens when certain care conditions are not met. They’re harder to care for than the previous Tamagotchi because it has a predator feature.
Not only is your Tamagotchi at risk of going back to its previous form, but your pet is also at risk of being attacked by predators if you don’t fend them off within two minutes. If your pet is already old, the likelihood of predators causing death to your pet increases. It’s almost like a real pet, but worse because there is no option to keep them away from predators.
1Tamagotchi Ocean (Umi de Hakken)
Your Tamagotchi pet will die if you don’t give every second of your time caring for it. Many who had the Tamagotchi Ocean couldn’t keep their pet alive for more than two days on their first try. Theseadorable ocean petscould be taking an afternoon nap, and you’d still need to protect them from enemies that might snatch them away.
Since you’ll be taking care of an aquatic pet, you’ll have to clean its water regularly instead of just flushing its poop like a normal Tamagotchi. If you leave it alone for too long, it could die because of the dirty water. You also have to ‘discipline’ your Tamagotchi Ocean, which adds to your long list of tasks to keep it alive.
