Sissy is a cultish and toxic woman with an insatiable bloodlust. She and her brother Johnny are new additions to The Texas Chain Saw Massacre universe, specifically created for this game. From her poisonous ability to her attribute spread and best perks, here is a guide to get you started with Sissy.
Sissy Strengths And Weaknesses
Sissy islightweightand able to traverse around the map with ease. With her smaller frame, she is able tosqueeze through gaps in walls and through crawl spaceslike Victims can. Unlike if you were playing as the bulky Leatherface, Sissy can oftenkeep following Victims on a chase, making it more difficult for them to lose her.
As for herattributes, Sissy has a heavy lean towardBlood Harvesting, with a base total of 37 points. This affects the amount of blood that can becollected from buckets and harming Victims, as well ashow much blood Sissy can carry at one time.
Hersecond-best attribute is Enduranceat 23 points, which determineshow much staminayou have andhow quickly it regenerates. She has a modest amount andwon’t get tired too quickly when runningaround.
While Sissy may have plenty of bloodlust, shedoesn’t have as much brute strengthas anyone else in the Family. Herlowest attribute stat is in Savagery, starting with just ten points in it. This means herattacks don’t do as much damageto Victims.
Unfortunately,you’ll have to land a lot more hits to kill Victimswhen playing as Sissy. While you can keep up with them through most chases, they will have muchmore time to escape your clutches. You may find yourself landing only a few hits beforea Victim finds a well they can fall down to lose you.
Sometimes,Sissy will also hum and chant different songswhile running around the map. This can be both a pro and a con, as it will certainlyset Victims on edgeeven when giving thema hint at your location.
Sissy Ability And Unique Perks
While Sissy was traveling away from the Family, she picked up different skills that she puts to use in herBane ability. With her ability button, she canblow a cloud of poisonous powder in front of her. Sissy can alsolace different items with poison.
Victims who come into contact with the poison havetheir vision affected and distorted. Other effects can occur based on whichaugment paths you choose for Sissy’s Bane.

How To Play Sissy
As Sissy, you will want to do a few things to tilt the match in the favor of your Family. You willstart on the outside of the propertyon whatever map you load into. Yourfirst taskshould be tolocate and secure your nearest exit, such as turning on the car battery to electrify a gate.
Once your exit is secured, yourbiggest focus should be collecting blood to feed Grandpa.With the highest Blood Harvesting attribute, Sissy is the best at this. She’ll be able to collect more from blood buckets at the start of a match andquickly level up Grandpa to make him useful.
Leveling up Grandpabenefits the whole Familyand should be Sissy’s priority.
Once you start encountering Victims, you’ll want to be a bit strategic. If you are getting looped around an area by a Victim,try putting a cloud of poison in a key path. Otherwise, Sissy is great atcontinuously chasing Victims through buildingsand environments.
Watch your stamina. Make sure you’llhave enough stamina left to land a few attackswhen you catch up to a Victim.
If you know where Victims areentering and exiting a basement, you can try andlay a poison cloud on the stairs to block their path, punishing them if they run through it.
When you notice a teammate chasing a Victim, trycornering the Victim from another angle. This way, the Victim will likely get in range to be attacked by one of you. With Sissy’s slight build, she can alsohide in locations and ambush Victims.
If you’re lucky enough to be the one toexecute a Victim, you will be rewarded with ahuge supply of blood.
Sissy’s full blood vial can oftenincrease Grandpa’s level by multiple stagesat one time.
While using Bane to set out poison clouds can be useful, don’t forget thatyou can poison important items, too. Depending on where Victims are frequenting, you might want totry poisoning health itemsto give them a nasty surprise.
You start off withthree charges of Bane. Around the map, there aremortar and pestle stationsthat you can use to replenish Sissy’s supply. You’ll want tostay topped up with Bane, because you’ll want to be able to use it at a moment’s notice.
Somepowder stationsmay only give youone more charge, while others cangive you all three.
Build Tips For Sissy
You’ll want to considerleveling up Baneto allow you topoison generators and car batteries. This will often be theprimary way Victims try to escape, and making it more difficult will only benefit you and the Family.
It’s a good idea toadd at least one of Sissy’s unique perks to your loadout. This way, you make the best use of her as a character.Efficient Herbalistmight be her best unique perk, because you’llcut down on the time you need to mix up more powderif you are lucky enough not to consume a charge.

Whether you win or lose a close encounter, theamount of blood you get increases.
Down The Rabbit Hole
Victims falling down wells are highlightedfor a short time. This gives you an idea of where Victims move if they escape a chase this way.
Hurt Pride
After recovering frombeing stunned, yourstamina recharges faster. This allows you to catch up to a Victim easier after being stunned.
Special Blend
Walking through Bane cloudsboosts stamina regenerationand gives yournext attack a poison effect.
Universal Donor
Theamount of blood collected from blood buckets is increased, which is great for early game.
Suffocating Grip
Grandpa Ability
Makes close encounters easier. Victims may try to fight back against you, but this will give you an advantage.
Swinging for the Fences
Reduces stamina consumption on melee attacks, allowing you to hit Victims more.
Well Well Well
Victims who jump down wells take more damage, punishing them if they do escape a chase this way.
